Corina Madilian, the business owner has offerings that exemplify her taste in quality and chic style. Each piece is a beautiful work of art, lifetime keepsakes to wear now and for future generations. Corina also redesigned pieces for me that I love to wear now. Finally a jewelry store you can trust.

My dude (now fiancé!) designed my ring at Single Stone on Mission Street and it really came out beautiful. I have people stopping me daily asking me where my ring is from. It is SO beautiful and so unique.
My fiancé shared with me that Danielle and Heidi at Single Stone were SO helpful with the design process. He showed them images of different rings and the parts he liked of each ring and they were able to create a really beautiful and unique piece. He told me after the initial visit to the store — He and Danielle emailed back and forth images multiple times to get the ring just right.
He received such incredible customer service and Danielle and Heidi were extremely professional and helpful with the whole process.
We of course will be buying my band from Single Stone on Mission Street as well!

First off, I only write reviews when I see a big need to. This is one of those times.
You are better off going to Cartier or Tiffany based on the ridiculous prices this place charges. Forget the customer service or lavish events, at the end of the day, you are getting a horrible deal. This is considering the fact that you are paying the same, if not much more, for jewelry you can purchase at high end retailers. At least with the high end retailers, your items keep their value and have name recognition!
I even saw a used Cartier love bracelet that they were trying to sell for a few hundred dollars less! Why wouldn’t someone just get the new one!
Might I add, most of their items are manufactured in downtown LA, where one can get similar items for much less.
I am a local and my observation and conversations with other locals is that this place puts a lot of effort in luring people in with aesthetics. We actually find it kinda funny that they have double locked doors in San Marino! Its all puffery folks!
I agree, the staff is nice and knowledgeable. However, isn’t that part of the job? I find it strange that the comments below hardly talk about the insane prices

Before we visited Single Stone, I was ready to give up.
Done with estate rings that looked salvaged from the Titanic, tired from late nights trolling the internet, and shocked by jewelry stores that proudly boast no ring is made by hand.
Where would we find THE ring?
Single Stone. Vintage stones, modern settings. An extremely well edited collection with something for everyone. Made by hand. Old rings, new rings, new rings made from old things. The unique combination of old and new is brilliant — just not «modern brilliant.»
Beautiful store, very comfortable, non intimidating. Heidi was wonderful, offered us advice, but never pressure. I cried when I put on the ring. She cried with me. It was awesome.
The ring was sized within a week, the box presented in a bag complete with a folder for paperwork and ring cleaner. Classy.
Until we started shopping for engagement rings, I had no idea how personal they can be. Single Stone had just the right amount of everything I didn’t know I was looking for and we can’t wait to go back to buy our wedding bands.

I bought a ring for my lovely wife-​to-​be at Single Stone. Their staff, especially Heidi, made me feel comfortable and shared all the diamond information in the universe with me. When it came time to make one of the most important purchases of my life, I didn’t even flinch. I had no doubt that we had found the ring that was going to make this next step in our lives as amazing and special as it could be.
We’ve been engaged a month now. My fiancée still sending me pictures of the ring. She’s still bragging about the ring. She can’t talk about that ring enough. It’s perfect.
If you’re thinking about popping the question, Heidi at Single Stone is the person to go and see.

This shop is awesome! What makes Single Stone stand out from other jewelry stores is their customer service and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone (Corina, Heidi, Katie, and Danielle) is very helpful. There is no high pressure sales going on here. For an indecisive person, like me, this is a plus!

An interesting place to browse but definitely overpriced and the quality of some of their jewelry is questionable. Also, there really is no buyback or upgrade program, so you better love what you get there.

This is by far my favorite place to shop for jewelry! Like all previous reviews, their staff is one of the reason they’re so successful! Katie (one of the girls who works there) has always made me feel comfortable and very helpful with assisting me. She even helped my best friend planned a surprise birthday gift for me! With the selection of unique jewelry that they have, and friendly but not pushy service, Single Stone will always be my first choice it comes to splurging for something sparkly!

I have had the pleasure of working with both stores to get our wedding rings and I can say in complete honesty that I loved my experience. In both cases it was like dealing with friends in that I was completely comfortable asking questions, trying things on, and never felt even the slightest bit «SOLD» on things. The engagement ring chosen had vintage diamonds and the band itself custom made and artfully done. My wedding band was custom made to match my girls engagement ring which was incredible considering it needed to have just the right hammering and finish. Ari, Heather, and Heidi have all become a part of our story and I couldn’t be more grateful for their time, care, and patience through everything! Don’t bother going anywhere else.

Corina and the girls kept the store open a little longer since we were coming from the downtown store. They were great about everything! The store is a dream! I don’t think I have ever seen so many pieces I wanted from one store. For serious, I’m picky.
If the fiancé is going to buy jewelry for me, it’ll be from here.
I also love that the store is active in their community. It feels good knowing that the money we spend is supporting good people with good intentions.

I created a Unilocal account JUST so I could write a review for Single Stone.
After seeing their beautiful rings on their website, my boyfriend (now my fiancé) and I made our way to the store not knowing that they were going to close in 10 minutes. Katie asked what our reason was for coming into the store and when I told her we were looking for engagement rings, she and the owner left the store open for us. We ended up staying at the store an hour after closing time and both Katie and the owner were really patient. I couldn’t have appreciated this more. (: Now I have an absolutely gorgeous ring.

The staff is not the only great thing about Single Stone, but it is a hell of a start. They are warm and friendly. My brief but keen observations tell me that they have a strong relationship with their customers, who keep coming back. I have seen the staff chatting up their shop-​neighbors. They have a sense of community. They invite customers to special evenings on the the town and lavish them with food, drink, and premium movie-​going experiences.
It is not a huge store. I appreciate that. As a non-​bejeweled member of the male sex, I like that they’ve already done most of the choosing. I don’t want to look at everything; I want to look at nice things. It is like an excellent pub that has choicer choice with 10 beer taps than Yardhouse has with 110. I don’t want to drink everything; I want to drink nice things.
It is easy to park at Single Stone on Mission Street. Generally, you motor your vehicle to the storefront and veer slight right into one of those spacious diagonal spots, mere footsteps away from the entryway.
Convenience, choice, warmth, and class. What else need you from your neighborhood jeweler?

Single Stone is so unique. I love the brands the carry, especially Irene Neuwirth. The vintage selection is beautiful, too. Corina, the owner, is very talented and can work with you to custom design pieces that are truly stunning. She has incredible taste! You can’t go wrong in this shop.

After searching long and hard for a Los Angeles shop with a similar selection to the Clay Pot in New York, we found Single Stone. Their selection is exceptional. Every piece is tasteful and well designed. We were searching for a particular designer (Yasuko Azuma) and were so pleased by what they had to show of her work that we bought an extra ring. They also have a wonderful selection of vintage jewelry in addition to their contemporary artisan pieces. They even had unplated white gold, which is not always easy to find. This is a place for those who care about the craftsmanship and design of their jewelry, more than a big hunk of shiny bling.

I just bought my wedding ring from them. I walked in, and one of the salespeople, Erica, remembered my name right away! I was impressed. Their selection of wedding rings is very unique. I chose a ring that will compliment but not match my engagement ring, which is exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait to go pick it up!

Single Stone sets the standard for jewelers. After visiting more jewelry stores than I can count, most of which had pretty much the exact same pieces for sale, Single Stone was a breath of fresh air.
The store has a very comfortable atmosphere. The salespeople are friendly and helpful without being pushy, snobbish, or overbearing, and best of all the selection includes a lot of unique pieces. The prices are quite reasonable as well — for what I would have paid for ho-​hum, run-​of-​the-​mill, mass produced jewelry at the other stores I was able to get an beautiful, unusual piece.
