Never again will I come here again. I had a 45 minute lunch break and it took 10 minutes to order. Placed an order for a grilled chicken sandwich combo. Cool. A sandwich and fries. That’s it. Waited behind the wild pack of nearly 20 students trying to get their food for about 15 minutes and eventually they call my order. Yet, they said it wasn’t mine. Ok. Wait a little more and see people who ordered after me get their food. Order after order. I was the last. one. there. Are you kidding me? Am I being punk’d? Then they ask «what did you order?» By this time, I’m furious because my break is nearly over and I already see them cleaning the grill. After 25 minutes of waiting, foot stomping, eye rolling, they throw a sad piece of chicken on the grill. Bullshit. I was 2 seconds away from throwing that shit back in their kitchen for a refund. Get my order 30 minutes later and walk to class. Break’s over, thanks. I NEVER make complaints unless the service is horrendous and wow, this was horrendous. Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way yet the cook smashed it to smitherines to have it cook faster. Nobody looked up to acknowledge me without my order because they were all scared or frantic wondering why I never got it. Keep the tickets in order and get your shit together.

I go to school here but never have I tried this place before and it was so good! I got the combo #2 which is a burger with pickles lettuce pepper jack and cheddar cheese which also comes with fries and a drink I paid $ 7.55 my other friend got the combo #1 which comes with chicken tenders fries and a drink. The food filled me up wouldn’t mind coming back again it’s just not someplace I would eat so often because Com’on college is already expensive enough btw they charge 85 cents extra for ranch !!! Don’t know how I feel about that but other then that, I recommend you guys to try this place out whenever you get the chance (:
