Excellent job and service. Can’t say enough good things here.
Mid afternoon, just got finished with a pretty important event that required the use of the 600 $ suit. Event goes well — have to share the news right? Head to the parentals. Kinda rednecky place as I didn’t a see the broken hinge on the olé hunting cooler. Huge gash to my chiseled muscular calf! No worries, rub some dirt in it… But wait, are my pants ripped beyond repair? Afraid so according to those in the know. I’m devastated. It didn’t even rip on the seem!
A last, I remembered the tailor shop where I rented my tux for my wedding four years earlier. Grab a rag to blot the tears from eyes (allergies, and in no way the pain or shame of previous events) and head over.
Quick, professional and worth the nominal fee. Now the rag is for happy tears! Strongly recommend.

Just got off the phone with someone claiming to be the owner and was the rudest person I have dealt with. I asked for a price for a tux rental and that I would be out of the country for 10 days and he said it would be double the price. I asked him to explain the policy, and he said I would have to come in to discuss. I explained I don’t have time to come down to discuss if it is going to be double the price for a tux I am going to use for 1 night. doubling the price when the overhead is already paid for and felt it was not reasonable to pay twice the price and asked how much the daily late fees were for a tux, again he refused to answer and didn’t have time to discuss and hung up on me. He was very argmentative and refused to even give me his name.’
Would not do business with type of business trying to take advantage of someone.
No business sense what so ever.

The owner is a nice guy. He does great work. I took my jacket in for repair. He did a good job. The location is nice, clean, and convenient. Prices are reasonable.

Only tailor in town who would even look at my boyfriends broken zipper on his backpack. The teeth were pretty badly damaged but he managed to spend about ten minutes adjusting as much as he could. It was a miracle he fixed the backpack, allowed my boyfriend to keep his fav hiking bag and did all of it no charge. I will deff be back.

For the past 5 years, I have come to Vega’s to have various items of my wardrobe altered. Each time, I have come away exceptionally impressed with the quality of workmanship, coupled with Alfredo’s (owner) commitment to superior customer service. Last week, on short notice, I needed my Marine Corps uniform altered because I had not worn it in several years and had gained size due to a rigorous weight-​lifting program. I was more than happy to see that the attention to detail and the quality of work was consistent with the military tailors on base. When I factor in the fair prices charged, the timeliness of the return and the superior quality of service I couldn’t think of any other tailor or alteration shop that I would entrust my garments or uniforms to than Vega’s Tailor shop & Tuxedo Rentals.

I purchased a dress for my sister’s wedding from Alfred Angelo… Upon my picking up the Dress, the manager of the shop was assisting me with the fitting… the dress was horrible, it didn’t zip correct it was at least 3 feet to long and the waist had twisted material that just didn’t flow or look right. After a few rude remarks from the manager about how I need to lose a few pounds to make the dress fit correctly. I declined her offer to have the dress altered.
From the referral from the Bride I took the dress to Alfred. He was pleasant to speak with and even accommodated my hectic schedule and stayed open later than usual for me. I received the finish product in less than a week. It was off the hook magnificent. The dress fits so great that I will definitely be wearing the dress to more than the wedding. The price was right and very affordable. I felt so flattered by the dress after Alfred had worked his magic. I am bringing him everything from here on out. BTW I didn’t lose a pound! I would refer my closest friends and family to Alfred, he was prompt, polite, affordable and honest. He told me what was possible and make it happen on time. Thank you Alfred! YOU ROCK!

So I came here for prom after checking out Men’s Warehouse initially. Damn, the price difference is insane. I think I spent $ 80 tops for a whole fitted tux (very nicely fitted). The service was really quick and everything was professional. They were super understanding with wear and tear that might’ve resulted from Prom night. The return time for the the tux was really reasonable as well. I definitely recommend coming here before checking out other places.

Good prices and fast service. My wife and daughter took jeans in to be altered and they did a great job in 1 day. I took in a pair of pants to be re-​hemmed and they did it while I wait for only $ 5. Can’t beat that!
