Station Pizza

I’ve eaten here a bunch of times and really like so I thought I should give them a shout out for the great food.

The owner is rude. I had my girlfriend order a pizza for me and due to them not taking American Express was not able to get my food. This was completely fine I decided to just go get food from a different establishment. Right as I was leaving the owner came outside saying my order was ready and I told her I only have my American Express on me so I’m not getting the pizza, And to my surprise she decided to scream and cuss at me. She started throwing a temper tantrum like a 2 year old child. I will never order pizza from station again because of the owners rude behavior.

Great pizza, specials, customer service and price. I usually go there a few times a week for lunch. The bbq chicken and pesto are my favorite!

Wings here are pretty good and are big. I mostly go for the pool table. Older guy that works there is super nice. Reading the other reviews about this place really changed my tune though I know what lady they are talking about

Perfect place close to home to hang out and have delicious pizza with wings. Great atmosphere! Everyone there is friendly, they make you feel happy you came. My kids like the pool table and I like the family time. Everyone should try it here and bring their family!!!

I NEVER write reviews, however, the owner (I believe her name is Carolyn) is off the charts rude, defensive, ignorant + UNBECOMING. I used to order from Station Pizza a lot-​but will NOT anymore. I’m not going to get specific as it really doesn’t matter. What matters is how this woman treats people who decide to spend $$$ in her establishment. How is she still in business? I give her 1 – 2 yrs and I believe their doors will be closed. Shame on you for not appreciating your patrons.

Hadee was the best owner I use to always go to this place and hang out and order food spent alot of money there when he was the owner and now that this new owner is there I WILL NOT GO BACK!!! she is horrible very bad customer service and has literally ran this place in to the ground it use to always be packed but now they are always empty im sure even if she was giving the food away people still wouldnt show up such a shame wish Hadee still owned it hopefully this rude owner sells soon!!!

Station Pizza is our only pizza place, the others just don’t compare.
Pizza is perfect every time! Service is prompt with a smile. Very pleasant atmosphere.
They serve a lot of families and teams during the day. I prefer to go in the evening and have pizza and a beer, when it’s more mellow.
Big screen tvs, pool tables, and a staff that gets to know its customers :)
Never disappointed, they get 5 stars!

Geeez i used to love this place in college me and my buddies went to CSUSM and after 2 years came to rrhash some old times instead we got a little caesars pizza that cost $ 15 and a lady the owner screaming on the phone in the booth next to us cussing in front of my 1 year old son. Pizza was great here before and service was awesome not anymore a shame definitely under new ownership wont come back again

Nice local pizza joint… Pizzas are giant. Food is alright. I did like the Greek salad but wasn’t impressed with this place. Called my order in and the guy wasn’t very friendly. Not likely to be heading back anytime soon.

I moved here in December and have been trying new restaurants here and there, and let me tell you… I’ve been back to this place several times already! If you want a fantastic pizza, try this spot! Yummy!

If you want mouth watering pizza, crispy salads or a sandwich to die for… «Station Pizza will tantalize your taste buds!!!» I Love the «icy» drafts, full of fizz and flavor! The atmosphere is very comfortable and friendly, and they always bring the food piping hot and beers icy cold! I Love this place! Clean and fun, you can even shoot pool or play claw games. There are wall to wall TV’s with games on, sport teams love to come here too, and they even have special deals for them.
I love the garlic knots and pizza crust here, crispy and buttery…“YUM!!!” :)

If you’re looking for good customer service, this is absolutely not the place to go! Station Pizza is now under new ownership by and uneducated and terribly unprofessional old woman with a stick up her @$$. The food may be decent but be careful with what you say or how you look around this woman… especially if you have a physical disability. She will be quick to look down upon you. I hope this business goes down soon… apparently it already is!

What a bad decision to go to Station Pizza. My niece graduated from Palamar and we made reservations for 20 people. We had the most rudest lady, with a pottie mouth waiting on us. No, take that back, she did not wait on us. She insulted, for no reason, so many of us. A couple of the group never got their pizza’s, and finally canceled their orders, with problems. Service was so bad, and the pizza was not that good. What a disappointment. How that lady can hold her job, I do not know. She is either an owner, or a relative of the owner.
All I can say is, we will never go there again.

Station Pizza tastes great, so much better than any of the chain Pizzas. We order for delivery most of the time and delivery has always been quick for us. We occasionally dine-​in, and it’s a really nice family-​friendly atmosphere. The employees and owners are friendly, they have beer on tap and TVs playing whatever sports games happen to be on. This is definitely my favorite San Marcos pizza joint.

I’m very impressed with the new ownership. The food has so much flavor! The pizza crust is slightly buttery and melts in your mouth and I love the beers on tap! They have cleaned the inside up very nicely too. The owners and employees always greet us with a friendly smile and make us feel very welcome!

If you’re visiting this place because of Hadee & his family, be warned. The restaurant is under new ownership and it shows!
My family has visited this restaurant maybe a couple times since the new owners have taken over, and nothing is the same. The new owners do not appreciate micro-​brews, and have stated they will not cater to carrying local brews. Also the food is noticeably not of the same quantity or quality. It is an overall terrible decline in everything. Especially the atmosphere.
These new owners sealed their demise with me after I attempted to call in an order. I was treated as if I was a total bother. I asked about their $ 5.99 carry out special & was told they didn’t offer the special, (the sign was still up). I asked about the sizes of pizzas, ie, how much, how many do they serve, etc. And when inquiring between the medium & large pizzas, I was told the medium was «10 inches smaller than the large»… SERIOUSLY? You’re going to explain your business by speaking to your customers in a condescending manner? I couldn’t believe it, my house guests couldn’t believe I was actually speaking to a business!
This is probably the rudest I’ve been treated in quite a while! This place does not deserve even one star.
Then to read some recent reviews, I am also appalled of the treatment of others & especially the deaf community group that used to meet here. I don’t know if there’s any hope for this business to improve, but my family will never visit this restaurant again.
