Man I go through the drive thru here every morning before I go to work close by and no matter how long the line is it always only takes 5 to 10 minutes! These guys are great not to sure who works there really but all you guys are awesome! Thank you!

After going through the drive through of this Starbucks, I was sonewhat upset to find that my tea was sweetened, when I had asked for unsweetened. My mind was quickly changed when I walked inside and they immediately replaced my drink and offered me the option to keep the old one. I found that this Starbucks had great customer service, and greatly enjoyed my visit despite the slight mistake. 10⁄10 would visit again.

I don’t understand what it is about this particular Starbucks that takes so damn long!!! Is it really that busy or do they need more staff? Either way I have to plan for about 15 mins of sitting in the drive thru if I want to make it to work on time. Drinks taste good though.

Worst service at any Starbucks. I ordered from the app and I arrived to pick it up and I was waiting at the bar so long all the customers in line got their orders and customers that came in after me began getting their orders. They are incapable of prioritizing the mobile. Retraining seems to be in order. When I asked what the issue was. I was told its busy with a half ass apology, she didn’t even make eye contact. I never felt like a $ 5 cup of coffee was such a waste of money and time. I don’t care how busy ever can be… this issue was created by the incapability of prioritizing app orders and lack of empathetic customer service.

I see the there are a lot of bad ratings on customer service on here. But personally, I have found that all my experiences have been wonderful. I go out of my way to get to this Starbucks because the people are so friendly. I usually go through the drive thru, and granted it is pretty crowded, and doesn’t move too fast. But when I get to the window, they are always very kind and helpful. There has only been one time they got my order wrong(and as a college student I come here a lot, so that’s a pretty good ratio), but they were quick to fix it for me. I wish that the way you got into the drive thru didn’t back up the parking lot so much, but there isn’t much other option, nor is that the employees fault. But like I said, I always feel like the employees here are so kind and friendly that I make it a point to go to this Starbucks than the ones closer to me.

This is definitely not one of my favorite Starbucks. I went there and the service there was terrible. I was the only one in line and the staff was not very friendly to me at all. After I ordered my drink the whole staff crew(4 of them) were all standing around talking and I waited for my coffee for about 10 minutes. Not long, but for me being the only one in there it was awhile to wait. Not very pleased.

This Starbucks sucks. They seem like they don’t want to be there. They get drinks wrong and orders wrong and don’t keep it very clean inside or out. Will not return unless going through drive thru. Not much refrigerator selection either.

The girl that took my order was handling the garbage behind the counter. Manager comes over and says she will be right with you in a minute and indicates to the girl thats handling the trash. Girl handling trash doesn’t wash your hands comes over and takes my order handles my personal cup and gives it over to the barista. I stand there shocked and wonder if she is going to handle any product before washing her hands. Manager cares less about the shocked look on my face. I walk out.

I felt like I was waiting in line for a ride at disneyland here when going through the drive through. This location has a fancy order screen and lots of greenery surrounding you as you order. It’s a little hectic getting in and out of here, but you are paying for the convenience factor here. This guy gives it two thumbs up and a tall mocha no whip.

The worst customer service every, crazy switching workers crossing over each other. Couldn’t order our breakfast because they wouldn’t listen to us. My boyfriend almost finished his coffee before I received mine(when they made mine they put the whip cream inside the frap) who does that?

Starbucks drive thru is a bonus here. Come here to get your fix, as the staff here is very efficient, and the drinks are made great! I came here on Sunday morning to get some drinks before going on a road trip. I’ve only done the drive-thru every time I’ve came here, I’ve never gone inside. The service has been fine as the staff are friendly. There’s a good amount of parking, although this shopping center gets busy at times I like this location right by the freeway, how convenient!

Went through Drive through with what I thought was a pretty simple order: 1 Black & White Hot Chocolate — got a Mocha coffee. Perfect for my son. 1 Oprah Hot Chi TEA — 2 bags. — Got Vt Tvana Oprah — which is like a latte. Not tea. Got a Ham & Cheese sandwich where the ham was strictly fat(so gross) and the sandwich was thrown together so I had to open and organize it so you could eat it. Will not go back to this location.

This is my first time at this one and I love the ambiance! I go to school around the corner so I’ll be coming here a lot more. The guy that helped me could see that I was indecisive and so he offered to make me a special one and surprise me. And then he forgot to ask me for my name so he brought it out to me to my seat. I believe his name was Ralph? And the drink turned out really good:) That made my day hehe But I’ve been sitting here for a while trying to do my homework and the employees are having really loud conversations and it’s a little distracting.

Well what can I say about this place … went through the drive-through and order a ginger ale extra carbonated. When I got to the front I asked if I can add on an additional drink. He was barely listening and nodded his head yes as he was talking to someone else on the intercom. Once he was done he asked me what additional drink I would like and I went to ahead and ordered a black tea. Got received the tea and I’m sitting there waiting for my next drink … he asked me if I needed anything else and I said yes the other drink. He said oh I didn’t add that let me go ahead and order it. Keep in mind I’m still in the drive-through line and the line is getting larger and larger. He ends up giving me my ginger ale drink that looks disgustingly gross and I didn’t notice until I was already pulling away. I went back and had them remake it. Good thing they didn’t ask any questions because I would’ve blown up. Sorry not sure if I’ll be back … #GoldCardMember lol

The atmosphere here was uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t timely or respectful either. I came to have coffee and read but just left shortly after they finished making my drink, the only drink they had to make(they were really slow at this time) and it took 10 minutes. In addition to the 5 I had to wait when I was the only one in line and they were just talking to each other.
