I got a coupon from a coupon book for eyebrow and upper lips for $ 12, regularly $ 16. I’ve been here before long ago when they just opened and was charging $ 5 for eyebrow threading. When their prices went up to $ 10, I stopped coming here until today (because I had a coupon). And I wonder why I never came back. The lady freaking threaded off almost all of my eyebrow tail! Wtf was she even thinking?! Now when I look at myself in the mirror without makeup, I’m just so saddened by how awful my eyebrow looks! This upsets me so badly. When I saw it, I asked her why she threaded so much off and she said my eyebrows needed to grow. Seriously, woman?! I’m never coming back here ever again even with coupons or not! I’m posting this to remind myself why I never wanna come back here ever again. This is a beauty service. not an uglifying service!

I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here once and they did an okay job! However, I went just this past week and arrived around 6:40pm, as they close at 7:00pm. When I walked in the door, the lady looks at me and says «Yeah? I’m closed!» I replied stating they close at 7:00pm and she says «I’m done for the night». I couldn’t believe how rude she was. The salon closes at 7 but yet they refuse business 20 minutes beforehand as the employee is just sitting there? What a joke! I would definitely take my business elsewhere as they couldn’t care less to provide some effective customer service since I would have taken up maybe 5 minutes of her time!

This is my go-​to place for my eyebrows since moving here. The girls here are nice, friendly, and listen to what you want! I’ve been trying to grow out my eyebrows for several months now, and I hate it when threading ladies make your eyebrows too thin, even though you tell them that you just want a cleanup! I’ve been worried trying to find a good eyebrow place that I trust, because I’ve been burned with sky brows down the street (also in San Marcos), and that horrible place in the north county Westfield mall (Brows Shaping Salon). Sometimes, a little customer service goes a long way! I would recommend this place for all your eyebrow needs in the San Marcos area, and don’t forget to check in for $ 2 off!!! Good deal

I started getting my eyebrows & upper lip done here a couple of months ago, and I cannot complain at all! The atmosphere is nice and peaceful. They make my brows so even, sharp, and clean. Would highly recommend!

I was actually brave enough to go to a new threading salon. Completely didn’t think about my caterpillar looking eyebrows and I was about to see a few of my friends so I needed to go find a place. I was glad this was right off the freeway conveniently located in the Walmart shopping center.
Glad since there was no wait on a weekend! She took her time and cleaned up my brows. It’s always great when they take their time and you don’t feel rushed. She had me check it as well to see if I liked it. Yay for normal looking eyebrows. I was happy with my experience and I’ll definitely come back since it’s close to home.

Such a good brow place!
I’m kind of a squirmer when it comes to getting threaded, and the thread they use is kind of harsh, but it gets the job done… After a few tears.
Other than that, the place is really clean and the lady who does the threading is really kind. She also shows you the progress of the brow after she’s done with it, and really gives you what you want in regards of shape and how thin you want it, etc.
Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Love it! Manisha was my girl. She was professional and quick! I really just needed a brow clean up, so it didn’t take a lot of time, but it was my first time with threading, and I will definitely go back! It gets all the teeny tiny hairs, so it really looks good. You also get a frequent buyer card, so if you go back 10 times you get one free. :)

Ok I gave Shape another try. Totally different experience. Manisha threaded my eyebrows and took her time. No pain and my eyebrows look great. They are even, clean, and not thinned out. She took the time to remove the baby hairs also. Thank you Manisha!

Probably the best threading in the area. Like seriously!! Highly highly recommend!!! The prices on the website may say that the eye brows are $ 10 but I went in today and they are $ 6. Upper lip is $ 4. Very nicely done.

Loved it I went to the one in San Marcos Blvd and the owner was awesome only had to tell her once how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and it was like she knew the picture I had on mind she did a great job !

I have been going to the location next to the Bharat Bazaar for about half a year now and I’ve never been disappointed. The owner is alway nice, professinal, and attentive. My last visit there I had henna put in my hair and it was fast and there was no mess to clean up.

I’m here in front of the salon at 10:30a and the website, store, and Unilocal all say it’s open at 10a. It’s closed. It was my first time trying this new location and I wish I could write a review on the service but all I can say is this is very unprofessional.
