Dr. Ehsani and his team of assistants/​receptionists are definitely the sweetest people, and in the 9 months I had my braces on, I’d genuinely look forward to seeing them every 4 weeks for checkups. Dr. Ehsani knows what he is doing and I can’t say I would’ve rather gone somewhere else to get braces. I highly recommend San Marcos Orthodontics to anyone who is interested/​in need of getting braces and more! Thanks guys!

The best place in San Marcos to get orthodontic work done! The whole staff is fast and efficient with everything they do and are all super friendly. I never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes when I had an appointment and was always in and out. Dr. Sabet is so sweet and her work is pristine! I strongly recommend coming here!

Ok, so I’m the mom that researches, and asks for referrals. And after alot of digging we meet the Dr. And staff here. I was blown away with their efficient paperwork, the office appearance and cleanliness, and attention to making myself and child comfortable. We have a few days to figure out who we will go with. So I might be adjusting my stars to 5, we just have only had our consultation…

I’ve been a patient here for a year and a half and i could not ask for better service. The staff is always friendly and takes full interest in any concerns you may have. The front desk is very professional and they always take the time to ask how my visit was. Before my visit with Dr. Ehsani i was very shy and was not confident in my smile at all, now with the amazing work that him and his staff have accomplished I am now confident enough to smile and show my teeth. On top of that I’m am a lot more educated on how to maintain my oral health. It feels really great to be a patient in an office I would recommend family and friend’s to and know they will receive high quality service.

Dr. Ehsani is a miracle worker. Our journey with San Marcos Orthodontics began several years ago. My little boy had a «class 3 underbite,» which meant that when he bit down, his upper jaw was positioned significantly behind his lower jaw. Further, because his upper jaw was so small, it could not accommodate the number of adult teeth that still needed to descend. Our pediatric dentist and other orthodontists had advised us that our son would need to have teeth extracted to accommodate incoming teeth. Dr. Ehsani was the only orthodontist who adamantly emphasized that he would not remove any teeth and would «make it work” – no extractions. He said, «Why would you make his upper jaw even smaller by removing teeth; this makes no sense. We will expand the upper jaw in both directions to accommodate the teeth and align the upper and lower jaws together.» True to his word, all of my son’s teeth came in beautifully, and my boy has a MAGNIFICENT, well-​aligned smile. His braces should be coming off before his thirteenth birthday, and Dr. Ehsani will implement a fixed retainer behind his teeth in order to maintain our hard work. It has been quite the journey, but Dr. Ehsani is exceptionally knowledgeable and has been consistently patient in answering my plethora of questions. Also, the staff is amazing. Sandy, the patient care manager, is friendly and organized. I highly recommend San Marcos Orthodontics to those who seek outstanding orthodontic care.

Dr. Eshani and his staff are amazing. I hated going to the dentist. Once my dentist referred me to Dr. Eshani I knew this was the right place. I went to several different places before deciding on San Marcos Orthodontics. I don’t regret it one bit. The staff knows you by name.
Since getting my braces on I have moved 30 minutes away and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Dr. Eshani and the whole team are amazing. They are very welcoming. Ive never seen such dedicated workers. The facility is absolutely beautiful. San Marcos Orthodontics is really flexible with your schedule and they are pretty quick to get you in for emergency bracket situations. They make it all about you. This is my second time getting braces and I cannot be more impressed. They made me feel more secure about myself.

Dr. Ehsani is AMAZING!!! I realized that I lost my retainers around 5 p. m on Friday and I desperately called every orthodontist that I could find online to ask them if they could make me a set of retainers since my teeth shift EXTREMELY fast! I was super worried because I did not want to go on a third round of retainers and no doctor would accept to stay over time to make me the retainers. Dr. Nader Ehsani saved the day and he stayed until after 8 p. m that night to make sure to make me the retainers!!! His assistant Danny had his 20^th birthday party that night and yet he stayed to help him make my retainers and he seemed to not mind it even a bit! Doctor Ehsani and his time are just wonderful! If you want to have to have a doctor who actually cares about you, Dr. Ehsani is the person to go to!!!

As Dr. Ehsani’s practice grows, the more impressed I become. I’ve been to both offices (San Diego as well) and I prefer this location since it’s closer to south Orange County. His staff are always friendly and welcoming. I’m currently doing my invisalign treatment and can already see results after a few months. If you’re looking for an orthodontist, I highly suggest Dr. Ehsani. Saying that he’s amazing is an understatement!

Dr. Ehsani and his staff are so friendly and amazing! Both of my girls have been coming here for over a year and have never had a bad experience or complaint. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and on time! They are always willing to squeeze you in for emergent situations, like breaking a bracket or needing a wire trimmed down. They are better priced and more technologically advanced than other practices I know of. I, hands down, recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Wow i’m impressed with the staff that work at this office everybody is so nice and welcoming especially Sandy C. The office manager when ever I need to go in for any emergency she helps me right away no need to wait!!! I honestly recommend getting your braces here!

I walked in for a braces consultation and helped right away. I was able to set up the braces appointment same day after the consultation. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall if you are looking to getting braces I highly recommend you stop by here before any other place.

After a few months of consultations from local Orthodontists I know that San Marcos Orthodontics has the most value for the quality of service.
The office was clean and not only was the receptionist friendly, but fast! After a brief waiting period she not only contacted my insurance but broke down all my costs into monthly payments that I can handle (I’m a college student) and had Dr. Ehsani himself come out and explain the entire treatment process.
I am highly pleased.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Ehsani help my two teenage boys and myself get straight teeth. Two of us had challenging cases and Dr. Ehsani showed knowledge and expertise to fix all three of our issues. I’m an 18 year old patient of Dr. Ehsani’s, and he has completed both my braces before high school graduation and my younger brother’s before he started high school. Before choosing Dr. Ehsani, my family and I met with highly qualified orthodontists in Escondido, Carlsbad, and San Diego. Dr. Ehsani’s expertise and pricing could not be beaten.
I have a very large asymmetrical bottom jaw, and the several orthodontists I previously met explained to me that aligning my teeth was going to require headgear and years of braces, which would then give me an underbite that required jaw surgery (thousand of dollars and a one year recovery). Dr. Ehsani told me that he does jaw surgery and that that treatment was ridiculous. He gave me the classic smile I was looking for with braces alone.
My top brakes were clear ceramic, which I highly recommend – faster than the «wonderful Invisalign» and not noticeable at all. I’ll be honest that the strip mall area and the few interns? aren’t spectacular, but the people in charge really are. Dr. Ehsani is personable, knowledgable, and made what I wanted with my teeth happen. The front office staff are very friendly and knowledgable themselves, and Linda especially knows her patients by name and makes sure they are taken care of – she is a fantastic human being.
These people made what I was told was an impossible job by other orthodontists a quick and pleasing five star experience. As far as I’m concerned, that’s what having braces should be like. Love this place!

I was skeptical of getting braces at my age since I didn’t think there were any alternatives from metal braces. Upon consultation, Dr. Ehsani told me that we could go with the Clarity Advanced braces which are more aesthetically pleasing while still having the ability to get the job done!
I’ve already noticed so much improvement since getting my braces which, by the way, has not been very long at all! Dr. Ehsani is a magician and his staff is amazing. With having braces, you have to expect wires that eventually start to poke or broken brackets every now and then, but the front office staff are always accommodating with getting me in asap. I tell them what time works for me and they get me scheduled in.
The ladies in the front are always stirring up conversation when I come in for my appointments while maintaining professionalism. I love how they remember the things we’ve talked about before although it’s been quite some time! The office is very neat and clean. The back office staff are quick, gentle and friendly. I always look forward to coming in to my appointments because it’s just like hanging out with my friends. The wait to get called to the back after I check in is never long at all, usually just a minute or so and my regular appointments never go over 30 minutes and before I leave, they always make sure I have everything that I need.
I’ve been recommending Dr. Ehsani to anyone who is even thinking about getting braces or Invisalign because my experience has been nothing but phenomenal. I will continue to update my reviews during the duration of my treatment. I can’t wait until I get the perfect final result!
