I love this place. They’re so nice and willing to work with you. I hate reading some of the negative reviews on here because I think it is not an accurate representation of this company at all. It’s a shame that a few people have not had positive experiences. What I would say to them is that you might want to consider giving them another shot. Tell them about your experience. Consider that they have several part time employees working different shifts and maybe the ball did get dropped, but you could always try calling or stopping by to follow up on your order. I’ve been doing business with these guys for a few years now and John’s got some very talented people working there.

About a month ago I stopped by to get a quote for some stickers. The owner was very friendly while taking my info for the order and said he had to contact two vendors and would get back to me. Well two weeks go by and I hadn’t heard anything so I decided to drop in again. A guy with a beard was working that day and after I explained what had happened he gave me the totally irrelevant and snarky reply– ‘well obviously I don’t know where he wrote down your number on some piece of paper two weeks ago.’

2. I was hoping you might be able to offer some real insight into the problem ie– know how to do something in the shop other than take messages for the owner.
The guy continued to appear borderline pissed at me for even being there as he wrote down my information. That was 4 business days ago and I still haven’t heard anything. There are obviously some communication issues at this place or maybe my order was just not cool enough/​large enough for them to work with me. I had wanted to support a new local and very creative company but now I am forced to go corporate. Print This has terrible customer service.

Print This saved my life!
I was running behind planning a bachelorette party for my girlfriend. We really wanted to get matching t-​shirts to wear on 6^th street (mostly to keep track of each other: P) I got turned down at other local places because I needed the shirts in less than 10 days. The guy at the store (so sorry, I’m terrible at remembering names) told me no problem! I brought in a rough design, we picked a difficult font that needed tons of photoshop work, and I received a proof within days! The shirts were completed 24 hours after I received the proof! They were so patient with my changing sizes and number of shirts in the order and they were a huge success at the party! In fact, the boys were so jealous they stole the extras!
You guys rock! You’re fast and you produce great quality products! I can’t say thank you enough!

Print This is as good as it gets for screen printing, no lie.
Graphic designer and master silkscreener, Michael Scheel, was an absolute dream to work with when getting some shirts printed at the end of last year. Not only did my hyper-​intricate design come out perfectly (and other screen printers had told me too detailed to print properly), but Michael also alerted me to the fact that my original plan of shirt and ink colors would have turned out way way dark and almost impossible to see. Whew! He totally saved my butt with that one, seriously. He helped me modify the design and now I have incredibly beautiful shirts that a ton of my friends wear on the regular. What a feeling!
I designed my shirts, but Mr. Scheel is an incredible graphic designer and can help you if you’re needing a design as well. AND he delivered the shirts from San Marcos to Austin, so it wasn’t a big deal at all that the shop isn’t in Austin.
Next I’m going to order stickers from them, but they also do hats, koozies, decals, banners, business cards, flyers, postcards, awards, and trophies! Dang!
