History

Established in 2004.

Moser Realty Group was started 6 years ago by Gregory A. Moser. Gregory Moser has been a San Diego Real Estate and Mortgage Professional for 8 years having worked throughout the greater San Diego and Riverside County area’s representing both Buyers and Sellers. Mr. Moser has created a Real Estate & Mortgage Brokerage unlike any other, built on the philosophy of «leading by example.»

After spending many years as one of the top producing Mortgage Loan Originators in Southern California and managing a large San Diego Brokerage, Mr. Moser decided to start his own Mortgage and Real Estate firm. In 2004 Mr. Moser started Shoreline Home Mortgage and Moser Realty Group located in Carlsbad. Shoreline Home Mortgage was ranked as one of the «10 Best Brokerages» in 2006 having won numerous preferred Brokerage awards from many of the largest Banks in the country.
