Looking to change my cellular service to Metro PCS, I went into this store and they had only one employee working and she was working dilligently. After some time waiting, I politely asked her if anyone else was working and she told me no and then I asked if it was that way for the entire day. There were two customers in front of me. She was doing everything she could with the customer that she was currently assisting. One person in line in front of me as well as one person behind me gave up and left the store. I was aware of their pricing plans prior to my visit and was intending to get a $ 60 a month plan. Not happening now. That is a lot of lost business in a matter of approximately fifteen minutes that I saw. As bad as it is that management or owners do not hire enough people for an adequate level of customer wait time, it is horrible that they have one employee apparently do every single aspect of the business all day long by themselves with every perceived aspect of no breaks and no lunches for their employee and as such I personally do not wish to patronize this store.

WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER. I got my Galaxy5s with Smart Pay with MetroPCS. Instead of paying the total for the phone + interest, I ended up paying double what the phone is worth. NOONE provided me with the information regarding extra charges. $ 700 ended up being $ 1,585 real quick! Do not recommend

My previous phone died and I got a replacement. Crystal was able to help me and did a great job. She was professional and friendly. I went twice and spent about 20 — 35 mins each time(I’m not tech savvy). Each time she was able to help me. I agree with another commit made prior customer service here was lagging and rude, but Crystal changed that. I will be back.

Horrible customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. I ended up going elsewhere. Horrible store and staff disgusting customer service. Very dissapointed.
