McDonald’s

not only was i waiting i’m the drive threw for over 30 min ! all my food wasn’t even ready! soni ask for a discount or money back and the manager didn’t even copy meal or anything. not even to mention how rude they were ! worst mc dz ever !!! i want to be contacted by a manager or i will be clalloing corp

This McDonald’s is a hit or miss, but most of the time it’s a hit. I love their eggs Mcmuffins and hash browns. Drive thru can be slow sometimes, but this McDonald’s is in a busy area of town.

How do give someone the wrong items, when they’re the only ones ordering?
I was upset that they have me two egg mc muffins instead of two sausage egg mc muffins lol! I didn’t complain because I didn’t notice until I got back to my office…
Next time, I’ll eat in to avoid this mishap!

We’ve been driving around for about a month, from Vegas to San Diego, hitting various fast food joints, well, because we need fast and we have Grandkids… We stopped here on the way to our hotel, after Legoland. Little Grandson, needed the potty.
I was so impressed with the design of this McDonald’s that I made it a point, to get the address. This place is definitely State of the art.
It has little built in screens that caught the Boy’s attention, immediately. I love kid friendly places. I know it’s a place to eat and it’s just McDonald’s, but I wish every single fast food joint, will get with the program, and, «clean up.»
Some places are so nasty and filthy, I’m embarrassed to say I went there. Kudos to this store. My visit was pleasant. 5 stars for sure.

Great recent remodel. As McDonalds goes, it your in the states, they are all pretty similar but with some local nice touches. Gotta ask, why can’t we get the McRib year round? Does pork really get that expensive?

I stopped for a frappé at my lunch time. I saw a big line for drive-​thru so I decided to walk-​in. It took almost 10 min to get my coffee. «really»? Only 2 walk-​in in front of me. All the cars were gone & I’m still there. Another costumer was upset too cuz it was taking so long. Horrible way they do things there. Manager poor work flown. Need to get better training. You guys suck. I wonder why I never go there!

Reviewing a McDonald’s??? Well, yes, I just have to since it’s one of the nicest looking I’ve been to.
Really nice furniture and ambiance! You can tell it’s been recently done. They have comfy seats and touch screens monitors with games for kids (I guess today’s technology replaces the old times playground, kinda sad but true)
They also have a screen that shows the order number so the clerks dont have to keep calling the numbers. Hope all others remodel like that!

Im not a fast food person and I have not been or eaten at a McDonalds in years. The food was about the same as it ever was which I sort of expected. You can read between the lines! That being said, the store was clean and seemed newly remodeled. The common message at all McDonalds is poor customer service. There were kids supervising more kids with no imitative or leadership. The fountain drink area was a disaster with no straws so customers were continuously having to ask for one. No one ever got a clue and they were very busy. Just retarded ! McDonalds still sucks after all these years !

this is a newly renovated store so it is nice inside. But i found the staff too busy to be personable. But it’s mcdonald’s. You probably aren’t going there for the service haha

New renovation at this location gives it a major facelift.
I don’t really want to indulge too deeply into writing a review for McDonald’s because well, it’s McDonald’s but they do fast food adequate.
If you’re in the mood for something EXCELLENT though, try to get there in the morning and go for one of their Sausage McGriddle sandwiches. Those are so GOOD!!! If you haven’t had one, try it. A heavenly mix of sweet and salty into one!

Newly renovated, but two out of three times, there’s something wrong with your order. Either they take too long, forgets an item or just gets it wrong.

the manager is unprofessiinal. She does not deserve to be a leader for a big Corporation. I made a complaint about the staff member and they all laughed at me and shut the drive thru window on me… This McDonalds is run by a bunch of immature little girls that treat u like shit if you are not speaking Spanish. Do not visit this place

They remodeled the place to make it look more professional. It is really quiet here right now while I eat for lunch. I am bored here… where are the televisions in this location? I only see video games for the kids. I guess I can enjoy my own entertainment by bringing my own laptop (or smartphone, in this case) and using their Wi-​Fi. The place is relatively clean. A lot of seating… even when I am here for lunch right now. The Caesar salad with grilled chicken is good. Kid-​sized water cups.

I GO HERE ALOT! I would have given it 5 stars, however the PINK SLIME thing is really DISTURBING! I really like the employees including management. They are always polite and remember me with a smile. I know the pink slime is not their fault. If it weren’t for these good employees, my rating would have been ZERO!

Can’t beat the value for your buck! But, the economy has affected even McD’s. The large drink is now $.69, but, it’s smaller. Still a deal. If you get a Happy Meal, even the fries has been Mini-Sized…looks like the french fries is the toy! LOL!

Service was extremely slow… definitely NOT fast food. Breakfast was good. I looked at my receipt and was charged for a berry smoothie I had not ordered or received. I did receive a refund, but one wonders… accident or ???
We won’t go back!

Five stars for getting my order right and being quicker than lightning even with a huge line in the drive through.

I go here for two reasons: the hot cocoa and the sweet tea.
The cocoa is better than Starbucks. They’re both about $ 2. I get the smallest size at each place. If you’re into cocoa, give McDonald’s a try. I’m a recent convert.
The sweet tea, meanwhile, is very good. However, be sure to ask for easy ice (or no ice at all). The employees are probably taught to put a ton of ice in the drinks, so that McDonald’s can maximize its profit. Don’t let them go there. Get very little ice or none at all.
Finally, for the same reason as the extra ice, I imagine that the owners and operators of these McDonald’s restaurants are telling their employees to hoard supplies. Ever try asking for extra ketchup? You’d think the employees own stock in the company or something. Talk about tightfisted.
Loosen up on the condiments, mang!

For as bad of a place McDonald’s is, the service was by far the worst here. Let me name two experiences with NO EXAGGERATION AT ALL 100% TRUE STORIES: 1. Once I ordered a Sugar Cookie and on the ordering window it came up Oatmeal and then when I got it it was Chocolate??? 2. One time my aunt and uncle went here and I was with them and my aunt ordered a Sprite and my uncle ordered an M&M McFlurry but they gave them a Sprite with M&M’s I MEAN ARE YOU SERIOUS???
