Immigration Solutions San Diego is spearheaded by a former immigration official for the Department of Homeland Security. Today, Athenea Beltran and her team dedicate their resources, efforts, and expertise in assisting immigrants secure benefits. Having been trained by the very government that approves and denies your petition, Athenea Beltran understands what it takes to get approved.

Immigration Solutions San Diego opened its first office in Mission Valley and in February 2015, opened its San Marcos office through which Athenea Beltran offers her community free immigration education seminars. In October 2015 Athenea Beltran was named Business Woman of the Year by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, North County. Also a proud partner of Palomar College, Gear Up program.

Athenea Beltran graduated from the only Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in Immigration Law. She graduated at the top of her class and returned to San Diego where she became an Immigration Officer. With a team of officers, Athenea was instrumental in opening SENTRI’s dedicated commuter lane in San Ysidro, CA (the largest land border in the United States).

The success of this project led to Athenea Beltran’s selection as the 2^nd officer in charge of the daily operation of US Visit Exit, one of the largest government programs for non-​immigrants flying out of the United States of its time. Athenea Beltran went on to represent the United States Customs Service overseas where she earned a foreign medal of honor for her contributions.

With an unshakable passion to help her community, Athenea Beltran decided to put her skills to work for the community she calls home, San Diego. Athenea and her team are committed to helping families remain together and prosper in America.
