HyperGold Web Services opened its doors in 1995, providing web design, marketing and development services for businesses and non profit organizations. Although HyperGold is compact, many of our projects are quite extensive, involving custom programming and software development. Elaine Murphy and Rob Wood, along with other designers and programmers, supply the marketing, business and technical expertise to create and maintain successful websites for our clients.

We became fascinated with the Internet in the early 1990s — so much so that by 1995 we decided to make it our way of life. We still have several clients that started with us before 2000, and are grateful for their continuing business and friendship.

Business Owner

In 1995, Elaine founded HyperGold Web Services, specializing in technical, design and marketing development on the Internet. Her vision was, and is, to provide technical, design, and marketing expertise to businesses, emphasizing good customer service, a very necessary but often missing piece in the puzzle of Internet service companies.

Her life prior to HyperGold included fourteen years with Names In The News, one of the oldest and most respected direct marketing firms in the Bay Area. From 1989 through 1995, she served as President.
