Albertsons

This is probably not the best grocery shop but is the best in the neighborhood, would totally give five-​star to the bakery Chef, we always get the best birthday cakes here. Bakery Staff was always so wonderful helping with the ordering and writing on the cake !!! This is the best quick and easy birthday cake destination for us!!!

Best experience I have had yet here. Ehab was my cashier today. He has the best costumer service!

The only reason I’ve shopped at Albertsons the last 4+ years is because of our friend Dante the produce King! Every time he see’s us walk in he runs to the back and cuts up fresh produce for the kids to eat while I’m shopping. If anyone has little kids you know how huge this is, makes grocery shopping actually pleasant with kids! Today he cut up fresh watermelon, apples, grapes, and back berries sprinkled with cinnamon!

Fourth day in a row with no rolls. No one present in bakery. Not sure how you can have a bakery and a deli and not have any bread for 4 days. Absurd.

I mean… It albertsons. It’s clean. It’s well stocked. And if you go as often as I do, the workers start recognizing you. Ha! If you need to hit up a grocery store– they’ve got what you need more than likely

hmmm I do come here occasionally, as the location makes it easy to run in between the two schools I have to drive to in the afternoons. However, they do not stock a lot of the brands I buy and their prices are somewhat higher than I pay at my usual store.
The biggest plus is the Starbucks inside the store.

Great grocery store. I always enjoy shopping there maybe also due to it having a bank and a Starbucks inside. They are always helpful with the self checkout line which I like to use quite often. It’s easy to find things in their store and its fairy organized. Nice store it’s also easy to get to by transit if needed.

Really happy with their organic produce selection!

BEWARE: Albertson sells old and rotten bagels underneath new ones. Found this disgusting moldy, fungus plagued spider nest looking piece of barf after opening my bag of bagels and taking out the first bagel which looked totally normal. Bunch of lying, cheating, dirty maggots.

I recieved a moneygram from my Aunt and it even had Albertsons printed on it so I went to Albertson. s What a friggin waste of time and gas. The Manager was NOT Helpful at all. They even have tons of moneygram signs up in the parkinglot and throughout the store, but he said if it’s over 90 days old he cant help me! What BAD SERVICE. Thats like Costco telling me my Costco card is no good!!!

I have to agree with other reviews, the store is ok, prices kind of high but the deli is horrible. I actually stopped using the deli there and only go to the store because it is very close to my house.

OH ALBERTSONS YOU’RE DYING! When I was fist married I lived in the apartments across the street and would push my now 13 year old daughter there in her stroller for a quick outing and lunch. It was thriving then but, now its like walking into a funeral home. The prices are not good, the deli is as dead as the limp food behind the cases and, there was NO one at the registers but one dim light when I went to check out. When the manager saw there was a line forming she got a cashier and, why oh why albertsons do you think people only want to use the self service lines? Yes, I think another chain is in the process of being just a memory of the hub I would go to with a cool VHS section and decent prices. I will only come in now when it’s is the closest thing on the way home, and I need one item. Even then I might get depressed.
Edited to add: I saw more action at the starbucks located inside then any of the empty aisles. Thinking thats the only reason doors are still open.

This Albertson is quick to answer my phone call and checking to see if they have the product I need. Overall they have a great selection. Looove the fact they have Starbucks in the store… true coffee addict here… parking never seems to be an issue. There are non profits outside their doors most of the time. for the homeless and so on. I don’t mind. sometimes I donate and sometimes I smile and walk on. I have been to other Albertsons and must say this is the cleanest store I have seen of their chains and their employees are always around if I happen to have a question. The meat department guy always has a quick idea for dinner with the meat I select. Five stars all the way :-)

Closest place to the house. Great for the grab and go.

Downscale market with high prices generally. Clean, OK selection per chain policy, long wait to check out by front. By the way there are always will be a panhandler or 2 asking for money at the entrance at any hour. Decent enough employees but there have been lotsa crimes in the immediate vicinity – 1^st time I saw store there were 2 cop cars outside. Beware the bank branch there, but that is another story.

3 stars for the market, and 1 star for the deli! I’ve had repeated trouble at the deli counter. The fried chicken there is fabulous!!! The wings and breasts are my favorites. Really big pieces, and not greasy at all. But there is one older lady there who makes the purchase a nightmare! Sometimes I want to bring home that fabulously home-​style fried chicken, but don’t go because of that one employee in the deli section. I’ve addressed my issues with manager several times, and she’s still there. Maybe she’s a relative!
About the market, the produce prices are unbelievably high! Anywhere is more competitive. The meats are high, and I’m leery of purchasing from the fresh fish counter. Overall, this Albertsons is a just okay neighborhood market.

It’s not the worst supermarket I’ve been to…
It’s pretty clean, and they have a great selection, however, the prices are pretty bad. The staff are pretty friendly mostly, no complaints there. I’ll come here when the other supermarkets don’t have what I’m looking for, but with the prices here, I won’t make it my go-​to supermarket.

This is one of the Albertsons close to my house. Not bad. They do sell a variety of chicken wings. They do have self check-​out.

I am officially boycotting this particular Albertsons location. Working close, I used to often pick up groceries on my way home from work here but NO more.
Where to begin? First there is always solicitors outside, which is somewhat agitating.
Next you get to deal with the employees who are rude, unprofessional and inept. There is a older woman in the deli who hates people and refuses to look at you, there is seemingly no one in the bakery, and there are usually several cashiers clumped together in the front of the store, having personal conversations with each other, all while trying to avoid eye contact with you because you might have a question. Of course, there are some nice and helpful employees, but the whole experience is soured greatly by the hateful ones.
Next complaint would be the actual operation of the store. There is usually only 1 or 2 checkout lines open, even during very busy times, leading many people to use the self-​checkout machines– a process which completely breaks down if people have coupons or need assistance. With NO ONE ever around the self check-​out machines, you’re stuck waiting and trying to flag someone down to actually help you!
The biggest offense, for me, was the fact that they felt compelled to make an announcement OVER THE INTERCOM, asking for the owner of my car to come up front. When I asked what was the matter, they insisted that I park in the back of the parking lot because «my dog was aggressive.» My dog was in a locked car with the windows up. Oh, and it’s a BEAGLE! We’re not talking vicious pit bull here, folks! It’s a beagle with a loud mouth! How rude of them to make a customer feel so embarrassed by calling them up front, like a unruly grade-​school student!
So I am through giving money to a place that makes me feel unwelcome and actually makes me feel like I’m being bothersome to the people who work there! The manager needs a serious wake-​up call as to what customer service means! I’ll just go to the location off Valley Pkwy!

so my cousin, who is a marine that just recently got back from iraq, can’t buy alcohol at this alberston’s with his military ID because it doesn’t have his height and weight on it. however, he can get onto military bases with it. really? 22 years old, serving his country, can’t buy booze at this albertson’s. what a joke. no one else gives him any hassle except for THIS alberston’s.
the manager was right behind the cashier, and he said it was the cashier’s call. way to go manager, way to go. you could have resolved it easily, but no.
no, he didn’t have his driver’s license on him, but he did have his military ID.
