There’s a reason this company has 5 stars! Amazing customer service and top quality cleaning! We had pet spots from a prior tenant and were really disappointed when their (cheap) cleaning left us with reappearing stains. It’s smelled and looked terrible. I got a recommendation from a friend and called A&H…they came out the following week and I soooo wish I had called them sooner! She explained everything so well, removed ALL of the spots, deodorized the carpets, and put a protective product on just for good measure! Wow, I’m thrilled! Our carpets look new and we couldn’t be happier! Plus they restored my faith that customer service isn’t dead! 100% recommend them!

We have used many carpet cleaning services over the years, but none has come close to the quality of work we received from Stephanie. She was thorough and explained everything ahead of time. She made our 21 year old carpet look almost new. I won’t be using anyone else in the future.

Stephanie came right on time, explained what she was going to do, and then did the best carpet cleaning job ever. I’ve used bigger commercial firms (SS) whose work was not nearly so good as hers. I recommend her without reservation.

Stephanie is really friendly and was able to get out almost all the stains on the rug and couch. I would recommend her and will use her again.

I had A&H carpet cleaning do my main rooms with wall to wall and three area rugs.
With 3 kids (ages 16,13, 3), two cats and one very large dogs, my carpets take a beating and I have to clean at least once a year.
Stephanie was on time, if not early– which I love! And did all the work herself. The carpets look great. Even the white shag where multiple parties and sleepovers of high school boys have occurred this year.

Stephanie was a please to talk with and chat during the process. Very comfortable with her in my house. She was helpful to tell me what I was doing wrong on my white Berber for stains, and I will take her advice.

Stephanie has been doing my carpet for over 2yrs, she is very professional and thorough. Stephanie is always on time, she gets all spots out of my carpets and does not leave it soaking wet. I have used many carpet cleaning companies in the past including Coit and Stanly Steamer. NO ONE has ever been as good as Stephanie. I highly recommend her. Oh how I wish I had taken before and after pictures because she pretty much worked miracles on my living room carpet! It had huge stains other places wouldn’t want to touch and she was able to make it look move in ready. The time she took in the house was completely worth it, she was intelligent with helping me learn about different flooring options and a true delight to have in my house. I will not go anywhere else. She earned a customer for life.

Sneaky sneaky! I have old carpets that I intend on replacing. Stephanie knew this and even commented on how old and dingy my carpets were. I asked her to just do a quick fix on the carpets because they will be replaced in the near future.
Instead, she performed a whole bunch of extra services and stain removals that I did not ask for. After she performed all of these extras, she tried to charge me $ 300 extra!
My carpets were clean and she did a good job, but I really don’t appreciate the sneakiness. I will not be using her again.

Not only did she return my call right away but she scheduled me in two days later. Stephanie was on time, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, professional and strong! That woman just picked up my couch like it was nothing! I have a very similar story to Todd’s… let just say she saved me from buying new carpet too! I was so impressed with how well our carpets turned out. She better not go anywhere or move because she will be my go to girl for carpet cleaning for sure!

I never thought I would be so impressed with carpet cleaning. Maybe it’s because the other vendors I’ve used in the past have been underwhelming, but I suspect it has more to do with Stephanie being so amazing.
We have some crap carpets that we’re just trying to keep in place until our two young boys stop destroying everything we own. It’s not bad carpet, it’s just replaceable. Anyhow, we moved in about a year ago, and hadn’t had the carpets cleaned since. A puppy and a 4 and 6 year old can do some major damage in a years time, and damnit, they did. It got to the point I couldn’t take it anymore, even though I know we’re just going to replace them in a couple of years.
With all the wonderful reviews here on Unilocal,I figured I’d give A&H a shot. I’m 100% glad I did. I was shocked when I saw how good our carpets looked when Stephanie was done with them. Shocked. They looked better than they did when we moved in. I couldn’t believe it, and it still amazes me every time I walk up the stairs and see them — it’s such a huge difference.
The only bummer about this whole thing is now that the carpets look so good, I’m hesitant to replace them. And I really want some new carpet, but I’m going to have a hard time replacing something that looks brand new.
It’s been about a month since we had Stephanie out to work her magic, and the carpets still look as good as when she left. None of the previous stains have returned, and I’m not sure if she used a protectant or something, but they’re not getting dirty. I mean, I’m sure they WILL get dirty at some point, I saw my 5 year old dragging his bare ass across the carpet like a dog, but for now, they’re still pristine.

Stephanie is wonderful. We bought a house and the tile grout was so dirty it was black. Stephanie worked so hard and fixed it. It looks like new. Highly recommend this company.

Stephanie pulled off a miracle in my son’s room (imagine what a 13 year boy can do to carpet with food and drinks) performing the ultimate carpet resurrection literally returning life from the dead. I am happy and would use her services again !!!

Stephanie just left. What a great job she did. She came in surveyed the problem areas and went right to work. We had two coffee stains that she was able to get out. Her prices are reasonable. She came when she promised. She is really nice.

I love Stephanie! I have had her clean my carpets many times. Being a pet owner they have accidents time to time and she is always able to get the nasty smell out! My house smells so clean now! This visit I happened to ask her about my tile in the house so she tested a spot and I couldn’t believe the difference! My tile and grout went from white tile with almost back/​grey grout to clean, white tile with white grout! Amazing! Love love love her!

This is my second time in a year using Stephanie to clean my carpets as part of my moving out process and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Prices are very reasonable and her quality is great! She is always very courteous and professional. I would re comment her services to anyone. Q

Stephanie came out the same day to clean the carpets in a mobile home that we just purchased for my mother. She was concerned that the carpets were very old and worn and would not clean well, and actually advised replacing the carpets over cleaning them… very honest first impression!
Since replacing the carpets was not an option at this time, we had her go ahead and clean them. To our surprise, the carpet turned out amazing! She did a wonderful job, and they look brand new. She said that there had been residue from a previous cleaning that took a while to get out, and by the look of the place, she worked hard to get it done right.
We will definitely be using A&H again when it’s time to clean our own carpets!

Was looking for a good quality carpet cleaning service after having a disaster with a large commercial service. After reading the reviews I contacted Stephanie at A&H Carpet Cleaning and am so glad I did. Scheduling was quick and easy. Stephanie took time to learn about the carpet and what our needs were. We have one small dog and two cats and are near ready to get new carpet just due to the age of the carpet. After Stephanie cleaned it it looked absolutely beautiful and several guests have commented on how soft it felt on their feet.
Very very happy with A&H Carpet Cleaning and will always use for future cleanings as well as refer friends to it.
