Hugo is the best! He did a fantastic job on my 2003 PT CRUISER with 267 000 miles. The comments made from people who saw it before and after were.…” it looks pristine” and «it looks like it just came off the showroom floor». Because I didn’t have hub caps, and my wheels were rusty, Hugo painted them. I would highly recommend WIZARD OF WAX.. .6 STARS !

Hugo is a very hard working and kind person. He dropped me off at work, detailed my car and delivered my vehicle to me once it was clean… talk about excellent service. He was very thorough and spent 4 hours on my vehicle. I was on the fence about spending money on detailing but I am so glad I did. I would highly recommend Hugo to anyone needing their car washed or detailed.

My Mercedes is only one year old, and it came from the factory with a custom paint color, so I was not going to take chances. Hugo came highly recommended, and the hand wax coat that he did on my car validated my trust. It probably looks better than it did when I picked it up at the dealer, and it certainly is a better job than I could have attained by doing it myself. Highly recommended.

Decided to bite the bullet and get a complete detailing job on the car I was about to sell. And, I read the other reviews on Hugo and picked him to do the job.
Lets just say that this was a great choice and a VERY good investment. Hugo did such a great job cleaning up my car. He really knows how to clean up vehicles to make them look like the day they came off the lot new!
This was an 8 year old car that Hugo did, and it looked like new and he cleaned it up so well that it sold the very next day!
Thanks Hugo, and you’ve got a customer to detail my other vehicles now!

Brilliant detailer! Want to sell your rig? Take it to Hugo first.

I’ve taken every car I’ve ever owned here in preparation for their sales, and the owner (Hugo?) does absolutely amazing work. Like every other reviewer has said, he works magic. He was able to remove scratches and blemishes from paint that I thought were permanent. Every detail is covered, inside and out, down to things you never would’ve thought of. Highly recommended if you want your car to look as absolutely close to new as it can possibly get.

Hugo is the Wizard of Wax. I wanted my mini van detailed with «the works» for my birthday, but we didn’t call until the day before. Since we were coming from out of town and couldn’t choose a different day, Hugo quickly rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. Obviously a mini van sees kids, soccer games, and lots of sticky things. Hugo spent about five hours making all that disappear and my van sparkles inside and out, even the grimy cup holders. He is definitely detail oriented and takes much pride in his work. Anyone who really cares about their car should do themselves and their car a favor and visit Wizard of Wax.

Wizard of Wax rocks. I went to the Sunset North car wash for my other because, like an idiot, I didn’t check Unilocal first. What a downer that place is. Enough about them…
Hugo was awesome. I called right at 9am, he picked up and fit me in for a wash and carpet clean immediately and then had the car done for me in the rushed timeframe that I had.
I had managed to hit several thousand grasshoppers on a backroad (don’t ask) and the front of my car looked like a war zone. What prompted me to get my car cleaned was the day before I pulled up to a parking spot and this little girl and her mom were sitting right in front of the car and the girl actually pointed at the front of my grasshopper car and made a gross face.
The grasshoppers were gone after Hugo worked his magic. The outside looked great, the inside was clean and all the nooks and crannies were clean too.
For $ 45 (that’s also what it cost for a horrible job at Sunset North) I think it was a steal and I really appreciate how nice he was and that he was able to do it so quickly.
Going to take both our cars in for a wax at some point soon.

A friend of mine has had his car detailed here several times, and I went with him in early May to check the place out. Chatted with the owner, Hugo Rosete, for about half an hour and found him to be really nice guy.
After seeing my friend’s car after Hugo worked his magic on it, I decided to make an appointment for my six-​year-​old car that has been waxed once in its life. Arrived on time, and Hugo was ready for me, and after a bit of casual conversation, he went to work. The car was dirty inside and out, and I asked him for the works.
When I returned about five hours later, the car was as nice as when it came off the dealer’s lot. The glass has never been as clean as he got it, the finish was as smooth (he used clay to clean it before polishing and waxing) and shiny as anyone could ask for, and the leather interior was like new (except for the scratches that came with use). Hugo’s been doing this for 20+ years and knows far more than I ever will about detailing a car. Nice to deal with a pro.
No doubt about it, I will be a repeat customer, and I won’t be waiting for six more years. Most likely, it will be an annual trip to see the Wizard of Wax. Since he also washes cars, I may make that a quarterly event.

As an additional note, he also does motorcycles, boats, and motor-​homes. He’s a little hard to understand sometimes, but I think he said he’s done a number of tour buses as well.
