We love how sweet Todd is. Very helpful. Hoping he can fix our appliances.

Todd came to fix our microwave. We live in a rental unit and it was an easy setup for an appointment with the company. Todd showed up on time and got to work quickly troubleshooting the problem. He had the correct tools and got down to business. He diagnosed the problem and preformed the fix. No parts needed just a good thorough clean out of the cage fan. We are now good to go. Thanks Todd.

Todd is a SCAM ARTIST!!! He collects your money then NEVER, EVER fixes anything! I wish I had read the reviews before having come to our home and «fix» our ice maker!!! Our appliance is a Samsung and Samsung referred him!!! He doesn’t fix anything, doesn’t give you a receipt, I asked for his mailing address as he tried to charge me a 2^nd time for the same problem that he didn’t fix the first time I paid him and he gave me a blank stare! He gave me a PO Box! He in not capable of fixing anything! We have been having the EXACT problem you had! Paid him to fix an ice maker, it has never worked since, and have called him probably 20 times! He is a SCAMMER!!! I am calling the BBB tomorrow, Samsung (again for the 7^th time as they referred him) and my bank. What a rip off! Worse experience ever!!!

I would not even give one star. PLEASE DO NOT CALL this company! I have never given a bad review but I’m honestly trying to save others from getting ripped off. Paid money to have my dishwasher fixed and left and didn’t work (rushed my check to the bank though) called numerous times and flaked on appointment and never returned my 10 calls, which I was nice about. Please call someone else!

I don’t know how this company can stay in business. I called them in January to repair a new Samsung dishwasher under warranty. I spoke to Todd to set up the service call. He never showed up! He never returned any of my calls. Samsung also called them and he wouldn’t return their calls either. By the way, the Samsung dishwasher was defective. The latch didn’t work and we would have to fight with it for 20 minutes to try to close it, but then it would leak all over the floor. I had to buy a Kenmore to replace it.

By the way. I did not go to Sears. Went to People’s Choice instead. See my review of People’s. They were wonderful!

Very happy with the service. Fixed our dryer that wasn’t getting hot. Did a great job, the first time, and fantastic price. Friendly technician!

Called a day ahead and made apt for the following day between 10 and noon. At 12:15 I called to cancel. What a joke!
So, just for kicks, call and listen to the «phony pretend to be technology advanced» answering service. Ha. I never got a courtesy call saying «I’m running late» only the apology for not showing or calling. Serves me right… Should have Unilocaled prior to calling.

Samsung sent this repair person to fix a warranty issue on my convection microwave. He came on time was cordial and seemed to know what he was doing, except he shorted out the circuit board causing another problem. He said he would order the parts and call me in a couple days. After almost a week and no response, I called them and left a message, which is all you can do with their phone service, and still no response. They will not respond to Samsung either. Samsung called me and said they are going to use another repair service, because they are not satisfied either. If you are smart, you will not use these people.

I’m 100% pleased with the actual repair that was performed but disappointed about how phone calls are handled. Maybe they can get some help in that department and earn the five stars I want to give them! :-)
I had a dryer that stopped heating up. I called these guys and a young man came and assessed it. He didn’t have the part so it had to be ordered. After a week or two it came in and when it did, he fixed my dryer and since then, it’s worked perfectly.
That being said, I’ve called since then with a new request for help and no one ever called me back, which was disappointing.

I had Todd come to repair a fridge that was not cooling last month. He was very prompt & explained that it needed computer work & would call with an estimate, but did mention it might be better to buy a new fridge. I appreciated his honesty, but since this was a newer fridge had him look for the parts & call with estimate. He called next day with a quote & told him to order the parts. He explained it would be a 7 – 10 day wait. which was fine with me. Then 2 wks went by & did not hear from him so I called & called & called. I even researched & found his email & sent him a message. After 2wks of calling with no reply I gave up. There is something really strange going on with this company & would stay as far away as possible.
It seems funny that in 2012 he was getting 5 star ratings & now it seems everyone is having the same frustrations as i am having

I was so excited when Todd agreed to come out the next day. He was friendly and very efficient. The problem was fixed quickly with an explanation as well. I had called a competitor and they have yet to return my call, 3 weeks later.
I will definitely call the Best Appliance Guy again.

I was so excited to have him come out to my home, he even stated he would be up in my area so we made the appointment. He never showed, he never called even though I left a message NOT PLEASED

We called on a Wednesday after our dryer stopped working. We had a house full of visitors and were hoping to find the best appliance service around. Unfortunately more than a week later we still don’t have a functioning dryer.
I know its not always quick and easy to diagnose or find the right part needed for a repair. The reason for this poor review has more to do with the lack of communication and customer service.
Todd, the service guy, was very nice and helpful at first, but after leaving our home to check for the necessary part he never contacted us again. We called for an update the next day and he said he was waiting for a part. I called 4 days later for an update. He said he was still waiting for the part and that the delivery should be in at 2pm that day. (This was on a Tuesday morning) We never heard from him again. We left a couple of messages over the next couple of days to try and get an update or at least a heads up on why there might be a delay, but we never reached Todd or anyone else from the business. Finally, we even went by the store listed on their website and it turns out there is no such location! I honestly am baffled and very disappointed by this whole situation. Alas, we still have a house full of visitors and no functioning dryer. I’m writing this review in hopes that no one else will have to deal with this frustration. Heck, maybe I’ll finally even get a response from the business!

I have used Todd a few times before and found his service to be good but this time I called him to come check out my refrigerator that was not cooling, he came out and diagnosed the problem and instructed me how to keep it going till he could order and install the new part. I appreciated that very much. We had the part installed but the next day my produce drawer was completely frozen. I called him, he came out and said that the problem was a programming error, I appreciated his honesty. He told me to call him if the problem wasn’t resolved. The next day my produce was frozen again so I called Todd. He did not return my call nor any of the 10 that I have placed every few days since then. An entire month has no passed. Very disappointing. Apparently after taking my $ 200.00 our relationship is over without finishing his job.

I have a frig that I LOVE that’s 15+ years old. Everything stared melting and I thought I’d have to replace it. Todd came out, knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it within an hour. He also showed me the old part, replaced it with a better part and explained how it worked. He was VERY knowledgeable and worked around my schedule too. Highly recommended!
