Founded in 1999, TechXpress provides businesses (10 — 200 computer users) with complete care of their computer network for a budget-​friendly fixed monthly fee. Service includes unlimited virtual help desk support, ²⁴⁄₇ monitoring & maintenance, data backup management, security consulting, software training for employees, and ongoing strategic planning.

99.94% of our employees have completed their necessary schooling, passed their industry certifications and are working for TechXpress full-​time. On average, our employees have been with the company for 4.5 years, and management for 7 years.

History

Established in 1999.

Was started by current CEO Bryan Sarlitt out of his garage in 1999 while attending school. What was meant to only be a part-​time job for Sarlitt, quickly turned into a full fledged business operation by end of 2002.

In 2003, the company incorporated with Sarlitt retaining 100% ownership, moved into a 3000 sq’ office space, and was employing approx. 20 staff.

In 2004, TechXpress acquired one of its close competitors, and was named as one of the top technology service companies in the tri-​counties by the Pacific Coast Business Times.

In 2005, TechXpress relocated to a 7,000 sq’ office facility and doubled its staff to 40. Between 2005 — 2008, Sarlitt and the company won multiple business awards for exemplifying leadership, community outreach, and entrepreneurship. The company also became the first and only Microsoft Gold Certified Partner which is shared by only the top 1% of all Microsoft Partners.

Today, TechXpress continues to evolve in support of its clients success.

As the founder and active visionary of TechXpress, Bryan brings over 12 years of industry experience to the team. With a background in sales and marketing, Bryan is passionate about helping companies increase their operational efficiencies and scale their business by leveraging the right technologies.

Day to day duties include managing company operations, strategic planning; marketing, and business development with clients.

Bryan has won several recent noteworthy business accolades, including:

— 2007 20-​under-​40 Young Professionals Award, presented by The Tribune.

— 2007 Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for U.S. Regions: California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, and Guam, presented by SBA (Small Business Administration).
