While in college, in upstate New York, Joe and Karen met. In 1989 an opportunity presented to move to Los Angeles and they packed up and moved out west. After making their way up the coast, they discovered San Luis Obispo, home of Cal Poly University. In 2003 they decided to purchase the Servpro of Atascadero and the rest is history!
