Phillips Floor To Ceiling

Phillips Flooring did a beautiful job at my house! From the minute I walked in the door of the showroom I received great customer service. Kathy explained the options regarding the differences in products very clearly. I took sample boards home. She came out to the house to measure and give me an estimate, (including the demo from the previous flooring) for the living room, dining room and kitchen. I picked a light maple colored laminate (Elite) for the entire area. (Great price). I had a specific time frame I wanted to get the work done while the house was empty. This did not give them the normal lead time for ordering and getting on the schedule. Kathy was on the phone immediately to put a hold on the product. Bob, the owner, worked the calendar to scheduling the installers. I was impressed with their professionalism the whole time. They were supportive and kept me informed throughout the process. They got it done and I could not be happier. The floor looks wonderful!

Phillips FTC is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with, especially when it comes to customer service and professionalism.
They used to have decent sales reps (key words: USED TO) that would work with you, explain the process and respond back in a very timely manner with regard to quotes, product suggestions, scheduling and pricing. That is NOT the case anymore.
The company I work for has to constantly hound them for information or they forget all about you. Their sales reps say it’s because they are short handed, but the owner says they’re busy. I doubt based on the type of customer service they provide they are that busy. Even if I gave them the benefit of the doubt, communication goes a long way and Phillips FTC is unable to do even that.
The owner is likely the rudest person I have ever dealt with. We’ve been waiting for a month for a quote (and this is not the first time) and when calling to follow up are made to feel like we’re inconveniencing them. I would stay far far away from Phillips FTC if you want your work done in a timely or a professional manner.
Good thing there are plenty of flooring contractors in the area — ones that appreciate having steady work and appreciate their customers.
