Excellent service! Matt explained every step of the process not only in great detail, but in a way that was easy to understand despite some of the weird and complicated forms that needed to be completed and/​or reviewed. Availability is also a key attribute — Matt was always responding to calls and emails very quickly. Matt was great at explaining the pro’s and con’s of the various permutations of loan options available. Definitely will be calling Matt when I buy my next house and have already been referring Matt to folks who are now looking to move.

Being a former Loan Officer myself I have a knack for seeing through the B.S. some will try to throw at me and my clients. From the first time I used Matt I could see he was quite different from the rest and a Loan Officer I could actually feel good about sending my clients to.
I’ve worked more than several escrows with him and had him do my purchase loan. He has pre-​qualled more of my leads than anyone out there. I like that he is a honest, straight-​shooter who takes the necessary time needed with my clients to educate and fulfill their loan needs. As far as the Realtor-​Loan Officer relationship is concerned– Matt is really awesome about keeping me updated on progress from start to finish.
The thing I felt the most confident about was how well he builds repore with them from the get-​go by taking his time and educating my client– it makes me look great because I gave them a great referral. ;-) And they all end up loving him and referring him business after working with him. That’s the really awesome part for me– again reinforcing the fact that I aided them in finding a great Loan Officer.
And lastly, I’ll mention that he has saved more than one or two escrows for me when other loan officers fell short. And he’d do it all ethically might I add. To me Matt is the epitome of an excellent LO!
