Landon helped us through a very complex purchase, and my husband and I could not be happier. He was always quick to answer a call or answer an email. I got the genuine feeling that he was taking the loan process steps as seriously and urgently as we were. If we ever need another loan, we will absolutely be using Landon. We will also recommend him to friends and family.

Landon helped us purchase our first home and was very easy to work with and reliable. Even when we are in L.A. and he is in SLO. He responded to emails usually within an hour, even over a holiday weekend! We had a 30 day escrow and he had to work quickly to make sure us and the loan were in order. Sometimes it seemed like he was working around the clock for us! We were very thankful to be working with him for a smooth process.

I’m an agent as well as an owner and investor. Landon has done my personal loans as well as loans for my clients. One of the things I like about his company is that they do underwriting and funding in-​house. So if there are any questions about a loan, Landon can walk down the hall to his underwriter and get them resolved. Also, having in-​house funding saves time just before closing, when we’re always crunched for time. He’s a pleasure to work with, conscientious, diligent, and he communicates well about where you are in the process. He is also available on weekends, evenings and holidays if you need a pre-​qual letter to be submitted with an offer (though I recommend you do that before getting that far into the process), which has been really critical on occasion. I recommend him.

Started working with Landon in 2011 on a complex family Re-​Fi and he was very patient. Luckily was able to work with him again in 2013 (rates even better). Landon was unbelievably helpful through a complex process that took up a lot of his time. He was really helpful even-​though he had to refer our business to someone else. What a guy! Landon was instrumental in helping me refinance my home. In addition to the great rate I received, he always answered the phone when I called or let me know that he would get right back to me within a reasonable amount of time and he did. Landon was a wonderful help when my husband and I bought our first home in San Diego last December. Even though the process of buying a first home is always nerve racking and stressful, Landon was very patient and talked us through each step of the process. He was always prompt at returning calls and e-​mails to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease during the entire process, from pre-​approval to signing. He worked hard to make sure all of our loan paperwork was completed within the timeframes and was able to get us a great rate!

Landon worked incredibly hard on our mortgage and got us a great rate. I know the time my wife and I spent shopping mortgages paid off as my wife and I are comfortable with it and even the escrow lady was impressed with the rates we received and the speed with which our papers were processed (its always nice to have an impartial party give positive feedback, whether its a haircut or a mortgage).
Landon was able to work with multiple parties to close our deal in a shortened time frame and ensure all our due diligence was complete. Landon’s friendliness and work ethic have earned our business — we’ve already referred friends who still live in the SLO area — and we will certainly retain his services with any future loans.

Landon is a mortgage expert «extraordinaire». Brandon’s knowledge of mortgage products and repoire with support staff was the winning combination to completing my home mortgage smoothly and timely! Absolutely would use his services for future mortgage needs.

Landon got us a great deal on a refinance a year ago. Even though we’re in LA and he is in SLO, our interfacing was seemless. Since that time, we’ve gone to him for advice on additional mortgage-​related topics. He is friendly, easy to work with, and doesn’t give off the «salesman» vibe at all (much appreciated! We’ve had some other bad experiences with pushy brokers in the past). We will certainly use Landon again the next time we have a mortgage need.

Landon did a great job in getting us financing for a condo purchase a year and a half ago. We would absolutely use Landon again.
