Fresh, fresh, fresh! I have a family of picky eaters comprised of meat and veggie lovers. This place has it all. I posted pictures of everything we ordered. The owner is present and very accommodating, don’t let the location fool you. Pull in, park, and enjoy a very good meal or refreshment.

Whoa! This was our first visit since I See Fresh took over the concession. A terrific improvement. They’re doing a stellar job. The décor is cool, the menu interesting, and the food delicious.

My friends and I camped at the Avila hot spring. And the next morning we were hungry so we decided to eat here. The staff and service here is excellent and friendly. I ordered a veggie sandwich and it was delicious. I also got a horchata and it was a great compliment to the sandwich. All in all I really enjoyed the food and service here.

This little place is a gem. They really nail the juices and the food is great too. Everything is hand-​made and the kitchen is spotless. Highlly recommended!
This formula would be successful on any busy restaurant street. They do gluten-​free too!

The food here is so delicious ! Grilled and flavorful! The drinks are fresh and with island flavored (raspberry, coconut, watermelon, cactus flower, etc)
We treat ourselves to lunch here and we are ways happy. Great friendly service !!! Always! and Best flan in town!

Check this place out! I really liked this place. We wanted a sandwich place, so we went to Avila valley barn, but their deli doesn’t make sandwiches anymore. I Unilocaled and found this place which is right across the street. It’s inside the hot springs entrance.
There were 4 of us and we all got different sandwiches and we all loved ours. They have veggie sandwiches and meat sandwiches. salads, fresh juices. everything is really fresh. There’s a sitting area on the side or you can take it to go. Oh, and the flan is yummy!
Great place to go! I liked it better than the Avila valley barn when their deli used to be open.

I had the shredded beef sandwich and my husband had the grilled veggie. Both were delicious and fresh. The pineapple quinoa salad and it too was very tasty. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. We will be back. Very laid back atmosphere.

We found a wonderful deli at the hot springs. I had hot roast beef sandwich and homemade flan. They have a nice variety of juices also. We sampled several and selected coconut horchata. It was refreshing and delicious. I highly recommend this deli.

Had I See Fresh for the first time today and was so incredibly impressed! I got the tuna sandwich and my husband got the cancun and they were both so so good! The service was fantastic and we were so excited to find this little gem so close to work and home. We got to sample their Agua Frescas which were also yummy and so refreshing! And to top it all off we had an amazing Flan! Can’t wait to go back and try more sandwiches and smoothies.

This place is amazing!!! What a great find!!! I would totally pick this place for a great lunch or a quick dinner over anything in SLO or elsewhere. Everything here is FRESH AND FLAVORFUL!!! The owners do a great job of providing fantastic food. There are fresh unique sandwiches with regular bread or incredibly tasty gluten-​free bread (you wouldn’t even know GF!), salads, side salads (today they had potato, cactus mango, pineapple quinoa, and pasta salads), fresh juices, and smoothies. They even offer coconut milk milkshakes for those who have dairy-​allergies. Everything tasted wonderful and the menu is accommodating for all food interests.
Note — The restaurant does have some lunch tables and is located inside a mineral springs pool office, don’t let that stop you and judge a book by its cover because the food and service make this place five stars. Hopefully they will open another location in a central spot — it would be a hit, especially along the beach!

My wife and I are traveling up the coast of California for our honeymoon and wanted to find a quick bite to eat where it was light, refreshing, and the flavor are amazing.
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich on gluten free bread. Sandwich is exactly what I was looking for. The flavor of the pork wasn’t heavy with a thick bbq sauce that other places often have. The pork itself was light and full of flavor. The bread was delicious, and we were very impressed with our experience.
This was my first time ever having coconut horchata. The coconut flavor was to die for. I would describe it as rice pudding but as a drink.
The location is a bit off the beaten path, but is a great place to stop for good quality fresh homemade food! We would have never noticed this place and walked into the Hot Spring Building. Turn directly right and you will see this cute little restaurant.
If you are stopping by the area or even driving through, this is a great place to stop.

The best addition to Avila Hot Springs since it opened in 1907. If you want to feel like you’ve walked into an aunties kitchen, smelling the most amazing things, head here immediatly. With food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy) it’s difficult to find somewhere I feel comfortable taking a chance getting sick to eat at. They happily took the time to read ingredients & verify that none of my allergens were present. Without hesitation I eat here multiple times weekly. Their gluten free bread is delicious, soft & squishy. not tasteless & gritty like most I’ve tried. Any sandwich can be made g-​free (and dairy free)! Drinking their Aqua frescas is like being in another country, cantaloupe tastes like liquid summer & their berry limeaid is positively addictive. I’ve seen some of the sweetest fruit platters being made for parties, makes me want to have my next birthday here. I obviously can’t say enough about how much I love the food & the service. If your anywhere in the area I highly recommend stopping in for a fresh baked cookie & horchata or a fresh squeezed juice & salad or anything on their menu. P. S.Their coffee induces giddiness.
The only downfall is that they close at 7pm.

LOVE THE FRESH! This is our second time here, you just cannot beat fresh pressed juice. We also had lunch this time… had Albondigas soup and the The Shredded Beef sandwich. Barbacoa style roast beef, grilled bell peppers and onions, lettuce, tomato, house roasted red pepper mayo, on a warm pannini-​ed hoagie!!! So good after a nice swim. Also we had the gua-​shu-​waiting-​for smoothie… banana, pineapple, guava, fresh squeezed orange juice and house sweet cream…
(They will also alter ANY of the smooties/​juices to satisfy /​meet your needs!!) So far have been greatly pleased with all that we have tried! ! Definitely give them a try! Your body will be grateful! !!

Excellent food and service! Cancun sand-​which was da bomb along with an assortment of natural juices and smoothies. You wouldn’t normally expect such quality offerings at a spa’s café extension. Highly recommended!

I see fresh is exactly that… you see it, smell it & taste it! It’s fresh with a twist! Everything on the menu is strait forward, but with something special that you can’t quiet put your finger on. I especially love the smoothies, salads, the grilled veg sandwich & I always crave there juices. The deserts & shakes are so yummy, but never to sweet… not sure how they pull that off. The owners are two lovely women & we should feel lucky to have them in Avila Beach.
