History

Established in 2007.

I started Cully Construction in 2007 after working in the field of home remodeling for 12 yrs with various local contractors. The name Cully however has been in the construction community in SLO for over 40 yrs. My Father owned Cully MFG a metal fabricating shop on lower Higuera St. I started working and learning the trades with my brother and sister before I was ten years old. Growing up in an industrial setting allowed me to understand how to conceptualize ideas and follow them through to manufacturing and eventually to installation. Now after 7 years as a Licensed Contractor I have had the pleasure of helping my clients and now friends, be able to create living spaces that are customized to their lifestyles.

Meet the Business Owner

Brian C.

Business Owner

Born and raised in SLO. I attended SLOHS graduating in 1989, then attended Cuesta College. I eventually ran the Ceramics Dept as the Head Lab Technician for 6 years. After leaving Cuesta College, I opened my own Ceramics Studio in Santa Margarita. I love creating art.

Remodeling Homes is much like creating a sculpture. You start with a foundation and work towards the finished project. When I look back at the jobs I have completed, I am always proud of the quality of the work.

Working in the arts, learning 2 and 3-D design along with taking drawing classes and working with clay for over 25 years gives me a great advantage. I feel that remodeling a room, kitchen, bath, or yard is a great outlet for creativity. I like working with clients and finding out what their interests are. Together we can come up with ideas and solutions to create an area that reflects their lifestyle.
