Founded in 1995 by Michael Gunther, Collaboration Business Consulting is a team of professionals with small business expertise. Our mission is to empower proactive individuals to build profitable, sustainable businesses through results oriented consulting and professional training.

While his career began in operations, Collaboration’s founder Michael Gunther soon realized he had a knack for identifying issues that were preventing growth within organizations. With an education in business administration and psychology, he had the right skills to create strong teams of consultants, trainers and coaches to address challenges in management, finance, marketing and operations.

In his role as managing partner at Collaboration, Michael proves the methodology of Collaboration’s trademarked R.P.M. Business Model every day. The program is based on three things: relationships, processes and measurement. Michael relies on R.P.M. as he oversees the group’s consulting practice, leads business development, and charts the organization’s growth.
