Great experience, would give five stars but found a pinto bean in my burrito bowl(ordered black beans)

Horrible and rude customer service from the same employee on two separate occasions. Definitely wasn’t a treat.

They ran out of carnitas, so my tacos had beef. Chewy, fatty beef. They were also out of fresh cilantro. The flavors in my tacos, I almost finished two, reminded me to avoid Chipotle in the future. Order #311 on 01÷05÷16, if you’re paying attention, Steve Ells. The only thing better than«safe» food, is «good tasting» food. Well, I don’t want e. coli, but your food isn’t good tasting.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times and every time I feel like I am doing these people a favor by dining at their restaurant. In particular the manager, at least whom I suspect is the manager. A short Hispanic lady who is at best unpleasant and lazy. She goes out of her way to be difficult and the restaurant is NEVER clean. It is no surprise to me that this restaurant does little or no business as compared to the one on Madonna Road which is run so much better than this one. I get the impression that Chipotle does not really care about this restaurant or their lack of sales here because if they did, they would pay more attention to what is going on here. It’s really kind of sad.

My life was meaningless before I ate @ chipotle. Mu life was bleak and full of despair and anxiety. I’m still misersble, but at least the delicious, tender, sweet sweet taste of chipotle can help me forget the lonely, pointless days I waste away in my single bedroom apartment waiting for the realease of death to carry me away from this ephermial world of suffering. 5⁄5 though

Not a huge fan of the food here. I really like carnitas, but it seems like they have stopped serving it.

I want everyone to know that I stopped in SLO for a chipotle burrito before LIB weekend and I got food poisoning. The next morning I was hurling in a trash can. Never again. Chipotle in SLO — I trusted you were clean but you are gross!

It’s the people that make a difference. Employees at this location have a bad attitude and make customers feel unwelcome. I have been here several times between summer 2014 and spring 2015, and no longer wish to return. The cashiers rush so much that they frequently make mistakes or omit items. They speak incoherently. On my most recent visit in April 2015, I had to ask for my side of guacamole four different times from two different people.

I usually don’t have complaints about Chipotle but today their whole batch of guacamole was brown. Even though brown guac is still edible, it just doesn’t look appetizing. I’ve never seen this problem at any other Chipotle so maybe they just forgot to add the lemon juice?

I’ve never been so annoyed and angry coming out of a chipotle restaurant. Are all the workers high as shit or what? Get your acts together and fix your damn customer service and the way you talk to customers. Don’t stand there and say I didn’t say something that I wanted on my burrito when I did. Just put it in my damn burrito and wrap it up! Arguing and trying to prove you’re right to a customer is not ok in restaurant business. I also have NEVER repeated myself so many times in my whole life.

Chipotle, Chipotle, the only Mexican food I eat. I wouldn’t say it’s genuine mexican food, but it is good. Their guacamole is quite expensive but personally, I think it’s worth it! Guac is life! However, compared to the Chipotle I usually go to, this Chipotle seems to give smaller servings.

This is probably the best chipotle I’ve been to, mainly for one reason. That reason is because mostly everyone working there is a college student working part time and they hook it up with everything.

Usually food is reliably flavorful but tonight the guacamole, red salsa, chicken, AND the beans had absolutely NO flavor. Round of new hires are not paying attention to what they are cooking up.

My first time eating at a Chipotle was at this location. The staff are wonderful and the service was great, so I won’t fault them on that. As far as Mexican food goes, I should’ve known better that I wasn’t going to get any authenticity here; although I will admit that they are definitely one level above Taco Bell. The only reason why I came here was because I was my cousin is a Chipotle junkie and she was having some withdrawals so I agreed to join her so that she could get her fix.

Since most of these reviews are super old, it feels necessary to say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this Chipotle. The staff were very friendly and nice, the dining area was clean, and the food is great. I don’t understand people who love Mexican or Cali-Mex but hate Chipotle. Guys, it’s rice, beans, meat, and pico de gallo — the only extra thing you’re getting at a cheap taqueria is lard. Everything is pretty transparent at Chipotle. Unless you only order chile rellenos, enchiladas, or posole when you go to a Mexican place, Chipotle is a quick and cheap substitute. It’s just a burrito. Get over yourself. My go-to is what I call a Chicken Fajita Bowl($ 6.25) — brown rice, black beans, ½ grilled chicken /½ peppers & onions, salsas, cheese, and lettuce. Boom. A half-pound pile of cheap, healthy food for less than $ 10. I hope they adopt the Patron and Coronas that some locations up in the Bay have. Once they have tequila here, I’ll never leave.

My refined palate(–_-) always finds excuses to stop at Chipotle. With that said, I have been to dozens of locations, and it was love at first sight with this particular one. Hits: * Nicest workers ever! Every employee down the assembly line actually looked like they enjoyed their job, and genuinely happy to serve me! oh, those happy SLO people! * Best tasting food of all the Chipotle I have ever been to… the grilled chicken was tender(as per usje), but had a strong zing to it… caliente! * Shared seating with our furry friends out in the patio * Take in the relaxed atmosphere of a very clean and poseur downtown SLO Lessons Learned: * N/a Not sure when the next time I will be traveling to or through the Central Coast, but I will make it a point to stop by this fine establishment when I do again!

Late Late lunch on the drive up from LA to the Bay! I ordered a salad bowl. I asked for«a little bit of rice» she said«OK» in acknowledgment of my request and then ignored it by throwing a heaped spoon full onto my bowl. I kindly asked her to take half of it off and she gave me a dirty look and said«I can’t take it off, i have to throw it away and start a new one» I said«that will be fine, please put a LITTLE bit of rice on this one!» i got dirty looks from the servers all the way down the line. the barbacoa meat was a bit chewey and fatty(which isn’t usually the case with the delicious shred in your mouth meats at Chipotle). And ironically while she wanted to pile on the rice, when i asked for a bit extra fajita veggies, or a normal serving of the barbacoa she kinda cheaped me out in both. Parking was the worst. After driving around for 10 minutes i had to leave my dad in the car while i ran in to grab the grub. I love Chipotle, but this one was a miss. Compared to other Chipotles this one would get ONESTAR Compared to other restaurant(similar category: fast food mexican): TWOSTARS CUSTOMERSERVICEISLACKING.
