As a parent with a freshman daughter who moved into Romauldo, it couldn’t have been nicer. Clean, bright and airy. Six girls had a three bedroom two bath on the third floor with sweeping views of the school and Bishop’s peak and western views. It was newish and I felt it was great housing for a first year student. Better than what her second year house looks like and what she will move into next year. PCV is also new and lovely to live in. I wish she could have lived in Cerro Vista the whole four years.
