Top notch Physical Theropy facility. Caring, professional, but more important very knowledgable staff. Hands down five stars, as I would happily refer to anyone.
I unfortunately had been injured far worse in an accident than originally thought. Staff here was careful not to second guess my specialist, but politely started asking questions and ultimately referred me to a different kind of specialist when I told them I was wanting to look for second opinions. Without sharing too much personal information on a public forum, let’s just say they steered me right and their ‘hunch’ (not a diagnosis) was spot on and has led to me getting the medical care I needed. I’m now back for a another round of PT, and amazed at how fast they can zero in on weakness so they can target how to strengthen the patient (me) in the best way possible. I know I’m in good hands.
Admin staff is a pleasure to deal with also. Everyone is helpful and caring. If you need PT look no further. I have watched the staff at work with other patients, obviously in need various levels PT from more minor to more major reasons, in every case amazingly patience, helpful, caring with every patient regardless of medical problem or age.

Kirsten Leal was thorough, attentive, and concerned and was a pleasure to work with as she carefully adjusted my p.t. regimen over the course of my recovery.

My elderly mother had fallen twice in October. It took a while for her to heal enough to have therapy outside of the house. Our home care physical therapist recommended Paul at Body and Balance when Mom was ready for outside therapy.
Our family could not be happier with the results. Mom has improved considerably. Paul, her therapist gently pushes her beyond her normal comfort level. Mother looks forward to the exercises that Paul gave us for her to do at home.
The studio is light and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Body + Balance Center is great. Paul and the staff are friendly and attentive. It is great for the active athlete, who doesn’t want to rest to recover! I really recommend them and their new location is beautiful.
