History

Established in 2004.

The history of Arbor First dates back to the owners love of trees as a youngster. Throughout school, he worked on family trees. He began his carrer in Santa Cruz, then moved to in Florida, Colorado and finally settled in California.

ISA Certified since 1998

International Society of Arboriculture professional arborists have a minimum of three years experience, have passed an exam developed by an international panel of experts and must maintain their credential through continuing education. Robert Schreiber has over 40 years experience in all aspects of urban forest management and has earned 290 continuing education through ISA courses.

Member of ASCA since 2003

American Society of Consulting Arborists members can only qualify with a specific amount of college credits and pass a rigorous test. To maintain their status within the organization they must maintain a corresponding number of continuing education credits. ASCA only accepts qualified Arborists to take classes.

Urban Forestry-​California ReLEAF

Robert is an outspoken advocate and supporter of California ReLEAF, a local chapter of the National Tree trust, an organization involved in promoting healthy communities thru education about trees.
