Staff are super friendly, shop is nice and tidy! Drinks taste wonderful! I would definitely recommend this quickly as this shop is very good :) the only reason why I gave it 4 stars would be that my popcorn chicken was extremely salty! Salty enough to raise people’a blood sugar. Which made me kill my drink very quickly.

My first time time here today. The employees are very sweet. Although they made my drink wrong, iced Mocha with Pearls… they were quick to fix me up a new one. I understand these things happen. The only thing I would fix is adding Iced Mocha to the menu for the avid coffee drinkers. Also, this this the cleanest Quickly location I’ve ever been at. It’s very cozy and welcoming. I would recommend this location to everyone and will be stopping by more often.

The place is small but clean and the employees are friendly. They make drinks fairly quickly when there’s no line. I bought popcorn chicken and the portion filled the whole lil paper bag :) [could feed 2 ppl]! The best part is that they accept card.

Slush had no taste, probably measured ingredients incorrectly. Also, the drink wasn’t slushy, it had course ice throughout.
I told my daughter about my experience and she thought that perhaps it was just a one-​time thing. She went there with her husband and sure enough the ladies messed up their order. First of all, they noticed people who came in after them were getting their drinks before them. Turns out they forgot their order. They found the receipt and before making the drinks they repeated their order to ensure they got the right one. However, when they finally got their drinks it was still made incorrectly (didn’t taste right and wrong tapioca size). What a waste of time. Smh

I’m not big on bubble, boba, jelly or milk teas but i am a fan of their egg puffs and mango slushees… a variety of egg puffs from alamond, hazelnut, coconut, etc… Egg puffs are similiar to flavored waffles but in a different shape of puffs so you can break off and eat.
Place opened in May 2015 so its very organized, clean with friendly staff. The egg puffs did take longer as i think they only have 1 machine but they are quick on making the drinks… this place also offers a variety of fried savory snacks like popcorn chicken, calamari, etc
Place gets busy during the day and popular with the kids from the surrounding middle school

Good tea and it’s cheap compared to what I’m used to seeing. The girl who made our read forgot which one was which because mango and passion fruit look alike so she made new ones and then gave us the first ones she made too. So we got 4 teas for 5 dollars!

A few people I know work here, it’s not a bad Quickly. Although, when I ordered the takoyaki, I would have at least expected some decent looking ones… The other quickly apart from this one always went for presentation, in a box with mayonnaise, okonomiyaki sauce and bonito flakes. But here they just gave me takoyaki in a bag (where popcorn chicken is usually served in) and okonomiyaki sauce. That’s it. And it looked well burnt. I think I’ll be sticking to the other Quickly more, across from Chabot. Doesn’t mean this location is bad, but if you’re a huge takoyaki fan like I am, this isn’t the place for you.

I ordered 3 drinks from this location. I tried mine, (mango) which tasted like unripe bananas which made it really bitter. Maybe it was just my drink, so I tried the two other drinks (lychee, and strawberry) and they tasted like unripe bananas as well. Overall, okay service and the drinks just weren’t made right. I highly recommend going to another location.

This is just like the million other Quickly’s around, same color scheme, menu, operation, etc.
Food: Came here for the popcorn chicken, it was ok. Nothing extraordinary and not terrible either. Portion size was a little small. I’m personally partial to the popcorn chicken at the San Leandro T4.
Service: It took a bit, but it’s to be expected. They were correcting a drink for a patron while I was waiting so it’s good to know that they care about their product and making sure their customers are happy.
Overall: If I REALLY want popcorn chicken (or if their recipe and portion size improves), I’ll be back as I’m really not a fan of Quickly’s drinks in general.

I never have to travel far for drinks and popcorn chicken again!
I got milk tea with small bobas and the tea was the right amount of sweetness and the bobas were chewy just how I like it
My son got passion fruit slush which was sweet and sour
The popcorn chicken was SO JUICY! they were over breaded like some places and the meat wasn’t fatty. I like the crunchiness to the batter. I normally go to the other quickly down the street by bay fair but their popcorn chicken has been hit and miss lately
Hopefully this place can keep up the quality cause this might be my regular new spot.

New spot opened up and decided to ditch our regular spot for this new one. Service was quick and customer service was excellent. Like most locations they have the same extensive menu, It’s fairly new so I’m assuming they will have their own custom extras later. Ordered popcorn chicken, milk tea and a passion fruit slush. Family enjoyed he drinks and I tried the chicken. Chicken wasn’t overly breaded like most joints but the meat itself was cooked to perfection and juicy inside. Love these simple milk tea spots because it is quick and convenient for me to cruise through and order what I need. Awesome and courteous, downfall is the jam packed parking lot. So weekends are typically crazy packed in this plaza. They are also next to little Caesars so watch out for their long lines. Overall good experience so I’ll be back for sure.

Thank god they opened this Quicklys! I usually go to the other one on the other side of Hesperian but service can be slow at that location. I’ve been at this new one a couple times and they’re very nice and prompt. Their popcorn chicken is much better than the other Quickly’s too, it actually tastes like meat. This place is clean also.

Probably one of the better bubble tea joints of the limited joints found in this area. It could be because it’s new but if they keep their consistency with drinks and cleanliness, it’ll def be successful.
The watermelon and peach slushes we had were really tasty. They actually tasted like they’re supposed to — some places just taste like ice. The small boba and the aloe tastes way better than Tapioca Express and the texture was perfect.
Their fried calamari was also tasty and crispy. Next time I’m going to try their popcorn chicken and milkshakes.
I’ll be here a lot, especially since I live down the street and they gave me a stamp card. I’m confident their speed in service will improve when their new employees gain more experience.

Every time I come in, the staff are very friendly. Never had to wait too long (at the one near Bayfair I’ve had to wait 15 mins for my order). The menu is large and the egg puff options are different than any I’ve ever seen. My favorite is the green apple slush with green apple jelly and litchi jelly. Yummy! The only complaint I’d make is that they run out of large tapioca quickly (no pun intended). I’ve been here twice when they didn’t have it. Other than that, delicious and this will be my go to Quickly.

menu more condensed, readable with the illumintated lighting. this place is jumping unlike the Quickly near Bayfair which is nearly empty sometimes.

Cleanest Quickly I’ve ever been to, but that might just be because it’s new…
Either way, very clean but not much seating. Employees are very upbeat and happy to serve. Came in after dinner and ordered four drinks; very pleased with the quick turn out and the wonderful flavor. Besides Little Caesars nothing on this strip seems to last very long, so I hope they make it. I’ll definitely be frequenting!

So close to my house! I’ve had the bubble tea, taro milk tea (my fave), honeydew snow, and Oreo snow. The tapioca has good texture, not too soft or crumbly.
The staff is very friendly. They just need to be organized with drink orders. Other boba places give all the drinks for 1 order at the same time. They also need to make them more efficiently, which is why I’ve been hesitant to go back — such a long wait. I hope they improve this. I could be one of their best customers.

They have all cup sizes here! It gets a bit confusing if you need to order a bunch of drinks at once, but they’re so friendly and do their best during the busy afternoon hours. Definitely my go to from now on. The super chubby cup was a bit too much even for me (a huge eater).
