New patient. Called in to schedule an appointment and spoke with someone on the phone who was a bit rude to me. I advised her I’m a new patient right when I spoke with her and would like to schedule an appointment. She said the doctor will be on vacation soon and there are no availabilities. She did not ask when I wanted to schedule the appointment and asked again if I was a new patient. I then answered yes I’m a new patient and then she advised me again that he will be getting ready to go on vacation again. Again, she did not even know when I wanted to schedule an appointment. She didn’t even tell me when he will be back from vacation to see if I’d like to schedule an appointment when he returns. Definitely will not be making any future appointments here.
