We also offer permanent makeup certification classes and Training in all of the above specialties. We teach Cosmetologists, Aestheticians, Electrologists and Nail Techs how to make more money by offering these specialty services.

Established in 1989.

Founded by Choi Tse, Permanent Choices has been supplying permanent makeup technicians with training and equipment for over 25 years.

Hi! I’m Steve Pulliam and I have over 18 years of experience in the permanent cosmetics field. As the new General Manager at Permanent Choices, my mission is to deliver great products to our customers at a great price and as quickly as possible. I work to ensure that our core products are always in stock and that we treat every customer with courtesy and respect. In addition, I want our education classes to exceed the expectations of our students. Our number one priority is ensuring our graduates gain the essential knowledge and experience so they can get started earning a great income in this incredibly rewarding profession. I am always available to answer questions and hear suggestions and resolve complaints. I want every customer’s experience with our company, our products and our training to be the best they’ve ever had!
