Only the highest quality, premium Grade A teak is used to craft our furniture.

Our teak is sourced exclusively from the Perum Perhutani government-​managed plantations in Java, Indonesia, so you can feel confident that your teak purchase

is an eco-​friendly choice.

All furniture is kiln-​dried to 15% moisture content before leaving Indonesia,

to minimize warping and checking.

Mortise and tenon construction makes the furniture «built to last».

Paradise Teak furniture has been developing its unique furniture lines in hand-​picked, skilled and fair practice factories since 2006. We personally go to the source and purchase directly by the container-​load. This personal style of business avoids middle-​people, and has allowed Paradise Teak the ability to create unique designs with thoughtful engineering. Paradise Teak is a real family-​owned and operated business — so when you call or visit Paradise Teak, you will be working directly with the owners of the company. We ordered a 3 meter table with 10 chairs. Paul delivered them on Sunday, including installation and placement. He was very helpful during the selecting process at their store and throughout the delivery process. We are waiting for the cushions to arrive. Once they do, will likely upgrade this to a 5 stars.
Prices for the furniture seem very reasonable (relatively speaking). Initial quality looks good.

Mandy makes it easy to make your patio furniture vision come to fruition. We’d gone to a few places before Paradise Teak so we had an idea of what was available and what those costs were.
Not only is the furniture from Paradise Teak lovely and well made, but we had no idea how customizable Mandy could make the experience. And easy. Talk about super customer oriented service and great communication.
Mandy was able to make all the pieces we ordered 3″ taller so they wouldn’t be so low to the ground which is great if you are taller or have a bad back. We were also able to get any fabric from the Sunbrella line which in our case partly came from Calico (Calico has a custom sunbrella line). We gave that fabric along with our ‘from the book’ choice to her to make our cushions and pillows.
And it just so happens that her manufacturers will do custom work and she helped us create a daybed all in teak for our home that fits an extra long twin mattress.
We just got the pictures and can’t wait for it all arrive… sometime next month.
If only all our furniture search and buying experiences were as good.

We had a great experience buying a teak table and folding chairs from Paradise Teak. The fit and finish were excellent. The owners were so great to work with and very helpful in making our decision. They deliver too which was necessary for us since we don’t own a truck. We will definitely get our next teak items from them!

I visited in December, when they had limited seasonal hours. Mandy was very friendly and agreed to drive out to the store twenty minutes after I had called. She was very helpful when answering questions, and even though I didn’t purchase anything, visiting Paradise Teak was a pleasant experience!

This is a great local business, importing hand-​made furniture, made from sustainably-​harvested teak. It’s a small mom & pop operation and the owners, Paul and Mandy, are easy to deal with. We love the furniture we bought from them. It was also less expensive than similar teak furniture we saw in online stores.
The factory in Indonesia forgot to put our custom table in the container for shipping. We had a couple of parties scheduled and the owners delivered a loaner table for us to use until ours arrived. When ours did arrive, they delivered it and assembled it and made sure we were satisfied with it before they left.
We are really happy to have discovered such a great local business an would definitely buy from them again, as well as recommending them to our friends.

We went to 7 patio stores before going to Paradise Teak. Paradise Teak was the perfect blend of quality, value, and great customer service.
I am very happy with the set we bought and will be recommending this store to friends and family.
I also want to point out that we were late coming to the store on Saturday. Mandy stayed late to accommodate us, she didn’t rush us, and answered all of our questions.
Oh, and our set came with the Sunbrella cushions…

Mandy and Paul at Paradise Teak are terrific! I had really done my shopping and I knew they had the top quality product. What I didn’t know at the start was how important their customer service and caring would be in the longer term. Our initial deck teak furniture from Paradise (ironically) was STOLEN! We were heartbroken as we loved it so much… the quality of their furniture and cushions, fabrics and craftsmanship were the BEST I’ve seen… and we knew we’d want to replace it asap. Mandy and Paul were so wonderful in making sure we’d get our replacements perfectly and they were sensitive price wise that we needed to make the investment yet again! We recommend Paradise Teak to EVERYONE and are major fans of theirs! I wish all shops and owners were this TOP NOTCH :) Thanks Mandy and Paul.

These two are excellent. They spent a long time working with me to create a custom table and were very accommodating and nice throughout the process. Then had drawings done and sent me pictures of similar ones. Even as I changed my mind a half dozen times, Mandy didn’t show a moment of frustration. Even though I well deserved it!
There prices were also significantly better than the other places we looked.

Mandy and Paul are the husband and wife team that owns this business. Mandy used to be a buyer for Macy before she started this business. If you’re not super picky about your teak’s appearance, this place is as good as it gets! The prices are great for the quality. I looked at 5 places across the Bay Area and this place’s teak is probably not as evenly-​toned and knot-​free as the others, but if the price is your biggest consideration, this place is perfect. When I asked about the knots, Paul explained that the knots are not at the critical places like the joints.
Bottom-​line, if money were no object, I’d probably buy from Blue Sky. Otherwise, I’d buy here.

My wife and I called Paradise Teak based on their Unilocal reviews and I have to say that they lived up to their 5 stars. Paul came out on a moment’s notice on a Saturday during the off season. (They’re closed except by appointment during the winter.) He was friendly, helpful, and professional. The furniture was comparable to the other stores, which are significantly more expensive. The prices really are the best. Now, not everything went perfectly. Paul forgot to tell us that there would be an extra charge for our chaise lounge pads. To make up for their oversight, Mandy gave us a discount which essentially split the difference, and I thought that was more than fair. After all, we all make mistakes, and it’s the way that a company handles things when there is a problem that tests their customer service. Looking forward to delivery in a couple weeks when our back yard is finished!

The quality of the furniture, the price, and the service were unbeatable. I read the other reviews here and everyone was spot on. One of the best shopping experiences i have ever had. They opened up over lunch for me to check out the furniture, and delivered over the weekend to Marin. Assembled the table and took the cardboard away. A great family business, Mandy and Paul were super personable. It’s nice to be able to buy from people you like. The cash discount was great, and after it was all said and done I got a great new patio set for the price of a used one. Forget buying used on Craigslist without checking out paradise teak first.

This is one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, the price is right, Mandy and Brad are extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. We were helped to get everything we needed and more for less than we would have spent at West Elm or a major store. Brad showed up exactly on time (no 3 hour window here) unloaded and set everything up for me quickly and cleaned up and did it all with a smile. I will definitely be adding to my outdoor furniture at this store in the future and will recommend it to anyone who wants teak furniture

Paradise Teak is The Spot in the Bay to purchase outdoor furniture! My wife and I spent weeks researching the best deal on Teak furniture in the area. We came across Paradise Teak on Craigslist and decided to check it out — I’m so happy we did. Mandy and Paul (owners) are both very cool to work with. Mandy was very helpful answering questions and offering tips on how to care and protect our investment. She also knew when to give my wife and I time when we were trying out the different chairs (we tend to take forever), after deciding on a table. Once we decided on our set, Mandy scheduled us for delivery later that day. Paul showed up at our door, as scheduled, with all the furniture protected. He even took the time to assemble the table for us. This review serves as a THANK YOU to this local husband-​wife team who are very knowledgable about outdoor teak furniture.

After shopping for Teak Outdoor furniture for a while now, I came across an ad on Craigslist for Paradise Teak. They advertised great prices and I had always wanted to drive over there to check out their furniture. I have been to Tom’s Outdoor Furniture in Redwood City and found the dinning set that we wanted. Paradise Teak had the same style table and chairs on their website for MUCH LESS!
After reading the reviews here on Unilocal I placed a call. Mandy was great to talk to and I ended up placing an order over the phone for an Oval 6′-9′ expanding table plus 8 chairs. Mandy gave me the 10% discount fro buying a set plus an additional 5% discount for paying in cash.
Paul delivered the table and chairs the very next day, on Easter Sunday!
I am very happy that I called Paradise Teak. We saved over $ 500 on out Outdoor furniture by going with them. The quality is top notch! I highly recommend this business.
