Mark & Son’s Motorcycle Towing

I used Mark & Son’s to help me change the battery in my bike, because I didn’t have the tools or the muscle to do it. I called them before I left work, and they arrived before I did!
When I told Mark what my issue was, he was also really honest and nice and said that instead of towing my bike to a shop, that they would just help me change the battery for $ 20.
Super friendly, did what had to get done, had some good conversation. Highly recommend to anyone with a bike that needs help.

I used Mark & Son’s Towing to tow my motorcycle from Oakland to Hayward. Though it took a while for Mark Jr. to arrive, he was courteous, friendly and FAST.
They towed my bike at very good price, which was about half what someone else wanted to charge me. The poor guy was working all by himself, running all over the Bay Area.
I found out from the shop that my bike was towed to, that Mark accidentally broke off the one of my mirrors while offloading the bike from the trailer, but he quickly paid to have it replaced without question.
This showed me that Mark Jr. takes responsibility for a mistake and quickly works to rectify the situation without any hassle or grief.
I would have preferred faster service… and that my bike NOT be damaged, however, due to the circumstances that he was over-​booked that morning and that he paid to fix the problem on his own without involvement from me, showed me they are reliable, responsible and respectable towers.
I will use them again, if the need should arise.
