We had a lot going and needed to sell our house this past summer. Paul and Zee were wonderful. In additional to just being a pleasure to work with, they helped us with everything related to preparing, showing, selling and closing the sale. Some examples are
* helped us find and vet contractors for some pre-​sale work that we needed to do (kitchen, painting, getting garbage bin and recycling, final cleaning)
* they walked us through the market value and priced at a point where we fetched a great price
* made working with the title company and all of the documents a breeze
* worked with our crazy schedules and got the job done.
They are great example of a local, family business that totally live up to expectations.

You can’t say enough good about Paul Litvinchuk. I knew his Father John and thought he was amazing but, it is plane to see that he passed on the Paul every thing. Paul just guided us thought sell the family home in Alameda and every thing went so smooth that I couldn’t believe it. Paul Litvinchuk was the very best choice in a Realtor. He was born & raised in San Leandro & he followed his fathers footsteps. His staff and Brother are wonderful. He got our home of 25+ years sold and this guy went way beyond the Call of Duty with us. My husband and I were so impressed from the very beginning, of how he gets things done. If it meant going down to the city records in person to obtain proper info, he will do it. There just are not enough stars here. He deserves 100. Selling or buying a home is a big endeavor, but if you hire Paul Litvinchuk, you can’t go wrong. He is honest, dedicated, loyal, and if he says he’s going to do something… He does it! We got more for our house… then our asking price. And it never made it to an Open House!

Litvinchuk Real Estate has been a staple in my neighborhood for as long as I can remember. When My 87 year old, blind mother first decided to move to a senior apartment, she was going to rent her home out. I called Paul Litvinchuk only to ask a question about improvements to make or not make for both rental and eventual sale of the property. He was extremely generous with his time, and his information, I was highly impressed with his helpful approach and at no point tried to influence us to sell instead of rent. As time went on, it seemed like selling was a better idea, and I again contacted Paul. He truly treated my mom the same way he would his own parents, and helped her make the right choices on improvements to maximize the value of her home without over improving it. He didn’t just tell her what to get done, he had qualified and reasonably priced contacts that he hooked us up with that took so much stress out of the process. I can not say enough about how helpful and attentive Paul and his staff was. If I called Paul, I’m not kidding, sometimes he was at the house in 5 minutes. He and his staff not only communicated with me, but also my mom and my sister. Oh yeah, the house was sold the first week it was on the market and the deal closed without a hitch. Paul is the professional you want in your corner when the time comes to sell your or your parents’ home. Definitely the best real estate experience I have ever had!

I would have given 10 stars if that were an option. My Husband and I just bought our first home together with the help of Paul Litvinchuk. He and his whole team are great– we literally sat back and enjoyed the ride! Who said buying a home is stressful? Well they must not have gone through Litvinchuck!
*Paul: has a great knowledge of San Leandro, and any/​everything that pertains to home buying. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable telling him what we liked or didn’t like, and are grateful that he understood and appreciated our needs.
*Zee: really great at making things happen quickly and efficiently. You know all that paperwork that comes with a home purchase? No worries– Zee makes it fast and not at all stressful! She kept us informed of every step and made the process very smooth and painless.
*Mark: great guy who also know a ton about our town and real estate. Mark took us to visit several properties, and was always pleasant and has a great sense of humor (the whole team does!)

Stop by and say hi to Paul if you’re ever in need of a Real Estate Agent who really knows what he’s doing. This is a family run business where Dad is still coming into the office everyday. I look to Paul for help when my wife and I were ready relocate back to the San Lorenzo/​San Leandro area to be closer to family. Paul’s family had been customers of my parents’ restaurant for ages; and my brother had just purchased a home from him last year. But Paul impressed me the most with his knowledge of the area; and how he can target our showings to just the homes that’ll fit our needs. We bought our home with his help just three weeks after we started our hunt; and he was dead on with the offered price.
As a side note, my dad’s friend is also buying a home with Paul. That makes three purchases with Paul in just one year… there may also be a fourth purchase soon.
