We have successfully represented many clients who are in removal proceedings in the immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for Ninth Circuit. Mr. Nepal is admitted to New York State Bar Association and practicing Immigration and Nationality laws in the United States. He is a member of American Bar Association (ABA), American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and it’s Northern California Chapter. Mr. Nepal was graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento in 2007. He also received the Summer Law completion certificate on US legal system from UC Davis School of Law in 2006. Mr. Nepal interned in different California based Immigration law offices before admitted as an Attorney and now a solo-​practitioner.

His law office has successfully represented many clients from Nepal, India, Philippines, Tibet etc in their immigration matters in the USCIS, Immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Mr. Nepal is also admitted in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and has good experience in writing appeals and petition for review.
