Larsen Bros. Lumber sales staff has a minimum of 20 years in the construction industry and has the experience and expertise find the right products for your application. Also our staff is English and Spanish speaking for your convenience. We custom make any pattern of sidings or moldings and can cut plywood and lumber to any certain size. We carry a full line of Redwood and primed sidings and well as Redwood and composite decking by brands like Trex, Fiberon and Timbertech. Milgard Window and Patio Doors are easy to order with a short lead time. Also keep in stock many species of plywood and lumber like Maple, Birch, Oak, Poplar plus some exotics like Cherry and African Mahogany. Larsen Bros has a full line of Simpson Strong Tie Connector and Holdowns for decks, seismic retrofit and general framing. Our pressure treated lumber is Douglas Fir with a browntone color and is treated for ground contact. Be sure to ask about any sales of powers tools and compressors.

History

Established in 1882.

Larsen Bros Lumber has been family-​owned and operated for four generations since it was founded in 1882 by Jens Larsen, a Danish immigrant. The original location was at the current San Leandro BART station through 1968. As construction for BART began, the business was relocated to its present location on Washington Ave at 143^rd Avenue, in San Leandro.

Larsen Bros Lumber is recognized as the 5^th oldest continuous owned lumberyard in the United States and has been successfully serving homeowners and contractors for 133 years.
