Buy a groupon. I was trying to redeem my group on that I paid a good amount of money for and they never returned my call making it impossible to make an appt. I left several messages. I kept calling and now it says the number is blocked. I decided to drive to the location … Hmmmm that’s funny. It’s a different business and business name !! This place totally scammed my money !! BEWARE!!’ Sick to my stomach

I had a fabulous massage from Mimi, she was professional and performed the best massage ever. I would recommend this place.

DO NOT buy an Amazon Local voucher for this place, let alone pay regular cost. I had an appointment scheduled for 7pm today (1hr body wrap and 1hr massage) and NO ONE was there when I arrived! I couldn’t understand why because I received a confirmation call prior to today. I called the # listed at 7:15 to ask what was going on, and a guy picks up and says he’d have someone call me back ASAP. It’s 8:30 now and still no call (I left there at 7:30). I don’t know what happened with the scheduling but this is NOT how to run a business. I then called Amazon Local to ask for my money back. They apologized and processed a refund (thank goodness).
I am SOOO mad that I wasted my time and gas (25 mins each way!) just to discover this «business» rents an office (literally) in a small gym. I would not call the office space a «Spa.» No amenities, place to wash up, and worse, it was freezing in there! The only privacy to your «spa» experience is cheap aluminum blinds. Maybe I am fortunate not to have experienced a massage in such a place. It’s also near a not-​so-​great part of town… but I still would have tipped well on the full price of service, if the service was good.
Fortunately there was 1 fitness instructor there with 1 patron who seemed just as confused as I was, otherwise the place would be pitch black with the parking lot gate closed. I was told «the girl» left at 6:30p. I’m extremely sad because I really needed to de-​stress from work due to tax season… The fitness instructor gave me a card and offered me a free spin class. Don’t think I’d make my way there again though.

I got an amazon local deal for this place. When I tried to make an appointment it was some kind of answering service. They couldn’t answer any of my questions re: the treatments & asked if someone could call me back. That should have been red flag #1. Then when I was trying to confirm my appointment I got a voicemail saying the appointment would start 15 min late (clearly they double booked). Then when I called the person back to ask why & clarify she said actually my appointment was confirmed for the original time, which was 5:45pm. That should have been red flag #2. Today is the day of my appointment & it’s 6pm and there is another client inside unloading her whole life story. Um, I came her for stress relief, not for irritation. Never again.
UPDATE: Mikhaela is a sweet a girl who is likely just starting her business so I felt I needed to update my original one star. My service started 30 min late. She was apologetic, but I think of other clients are late she should end their services on time & not run over affecting other clients who actually respected her time by being punctual. The massage was decent, not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst. Hence the additional stars. But the body wrap? Oy. Now, I wasn’t expecting much having gotten an Amazon local deal, but a 2-​min exfoliation with salt, a quick rub down with Wholefoods 365 lavender lotion & a cellophane wrap — really? Even a homemade avocado & milk paste prior to the wrap would be an improvement. Not to mention I got hives from the plastic. The regular price for the service is $ 85. If I had paid the full price I would’ve been really disappointed.
