In-N-Out always has happy, amicable servers who are grateful to be there and serve you. Unfortunately, there was a malfunction here. My order was nowhere near accurate the last time I was here. Luckily everything here is delicious, but I was a bit concerned about how long it took to give me a wildly inaccurate meal. Animal fries are overrated IMHO, but I always love the taste of the actual meat and cheese at an In-N-Out.

A decent burger spot for whats supposed to be fresh. I used to go to in n out frequently, but quickly grew tired of it, yet somehow today for he first time in years I was actually craving it. I normally order a #2 plain cheeseburger with lettuce meal with fries + soda. I like my burgers plain and despise it when any other additional items are in my burger. It tastes good for the price you pay. I like that you can tell that the french fries are fresh, the buns are spongy soft, and the burgers aren’t greasy! In n out is almost always busy, so if the drive thru line is ridiculously long, just park and order to go inside. It’a quicker that way most of the time. It does not matter when you show up here because early lunch or late dinner it seems to always be packed! Find a table can be difficult sometimes, so you’ll have to eye tables to see who will finish next and take their table. It can get awkward. Do try this place out if you want fresh fast food burger. There is a secret menu, bur you’d have to look online. Their ability to make more burgers is amazing. I know i’ll be back again eventually when I am craving it again

Skip the fries, bikini season is sneaking up on us. Hanging outside Sat 4⁄305pm waiting for my Taurus at Wheel Works to get some drilled rotors thrown on. Im drinking iced tea with a splash of pink lemonade. It hits the spot on a warm day. Looking forward to my burger. I need some comfort food after hearing the health status of my trouble child. Ball joints, inner tie rods, seeping something or another… I know its a $ 2000 bill coming. My animal style ketchup instead will make it better and with all the money im saving from eating here I can afford my car bills :)

Loved this place! Came in shortly after they opened, skipped the drive thru and went inside. Staff was very friendly and loved the burgers! Very decently priced too. Will be back!

We came at quite a busy time so we had to wait some time for our food. This location is really small and doesn’t have enough seating but it does have an outdoor seating. The food was okay — nothing spectacular anymore.

This was our stop directly after the Bruce Springsteen concert on March 13, 2016, and it was a good stop, as it was open until 1:00AM, and, as you know, you need to be open until 1 if you want folks to stop in after a Springsteen concert. The guy in front of us ordered a 4X4, and I was envious. At age 54 I can’t eat the way I did when I was young, and the guy that ordered this was… maybe 22. He was young, skinny, and smiling. For him, it was a good night, and it was for me to, just not a 4X4. I also learned something while waiting for my order. I guy behind me ordered his burger medium rare. I didn’t know they did this. He also ordered his with peppers in the french fries… HMM…something to think about. Anyway, great post-concert meal, and In-N-Out never seems to fail, they do, though, create a bit of envy,

The service here is actually awesome but I would suggest they can have like a maximum so the dinning place isn’t very crowded and loud. The food is vey good(except the normal fries), the service is awesome! and the drive thru goes fast. I’m a fan!

In n out is the best and this location is no exception. The lines are usually quite long, though. I’d recommend skipping the drive thru if you can because you get served a lot faster inside. #neapolitanshakemasterrace

Visited this location about an hour ago. I was overwhelmed by the fast and efficient service. But what really compelled me to post is that the staff was culturally diverse and they all were working together like a well-greased machine! Kudos to the shift manager and his staff!!!

Even seagulls know that In-N-Out is the bomb based on their numbers hanging around the parking lot! The line in the drive through moved pretty slowly but it was worth the wait for a double double protein animal style.

So, This is the first place I ate at when I first came to the Bay Area. Does this make this place special? Not really, but I guess I can’t really discount it though. I have seen some interesting stuff here not only dining in, but also waiting in their ridiculous drive through. For one, when dining in late at night, I presume it was high schoolers(or some men with some severely low levels of testosterone) who took up the majority of the booths here. Hey whatever, right? Not an issue. The issue is letting them know their waistband on their pants is around their knee caps, and not their waist… I don’t think they could comprehend what that meant… When sitting in the drive through however, it is seemingly drunk people who end up vomiting out their windows and thinking that honking their horns every few moments will magically make the line go faster. Unfortunately, I have witnessed both here. I have also witnessed 4DUI’s get issued at this very one location… And we are talking in a 3 month span. Maybe I should be more careful when venturing out for late night eats… I do appreciate the easy exit access onto I-880 N…

staff messed around while people waited in the drive through forever. Shouldn’t have to waste gas going else where, they need to improve the customer service and food consistency at this location. nothings perfect in this world, but dang almost everytime.

I think In-N-Out is over-hyped. The food and value for your money is decent. You have to wait longer than you would at e.g. McDonald’s but the burger is higher-quality. I checked in on Facebook and started looking at the Place Tips for In-N-Out. I noticed Facebook has a menu for this place with a section titled«Not-so-secret Menu»: It’s crazy that this stuff isn’t on the menu! Imagine these scenarios: — I’m a vegetarian and I come here on a team offsite with my coworkers. The only vegetarian entrée on the menu is the French fries. On the«not-so-secret» menu I’m not aware of, there is a «grilled cheese»(basically a hamburger without the burger patty) I could order if I were aware of it. But I’m not, so I’m stuck eating only French fries. — I’m on a low-carb diet and come here with my friends. I end up ordering a hamburger and ruining my diet. If I were aware of the«not-so-secret» menu, I could’ve ordered the«protein style», which is a burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. And this menu is still missing the«animal style fries»!

Who doesn’t like in and out burgers. They make the best burgers. One star less because of their fries are not that great.

This location is ALWAYS busy. I honestly think the line for the drive thru is usually longer than the line inside so sometimes it may be a better idea to just park and go in. With all the people all the time, you’d think that the employees here would be fed up with it and be awful. But nope! Every time I’ve come here, whether it be through the drive thru or eating inside, I’ve always been greeted happily and had great service. They’re quick(as quick as they can be with so many orders) and friendly. The food is really quality you can taste. I’ve never had a problem with my order here and the food is always top notch in flavor. Not to mention, they’re open late. Perfect for any late night meals after a night out or just if you’ve got nowhere else to go! Skip McDonalds, skip Burger King, just go straight here!

Located next to a Wal-Mart on Hesperian next to I880, this In-N-Out is at busy location. In my two visits, the restaurant was busy, but I was still able to find a table after getting my order. Workers were friendly at the counter and workers did a good job clearing the tables. Got my double double with fries and a shake. No complaints here!

Haven’t had a In-n-out burger in awhile. The drive through line is so long! I was disappointed I had to order via the telecom thing and not a live person. That’s what set them apart from McDonald’s and Burger King. Anyhows, my order was correct, none the less, and love me some well done fries! Received my order and home we went to enjoy! Great for a quick meal! Wait can sometimes be long but be goes fast.

The question is: who isn’t a fan of In-N-Out? This location is always on point with their quality. I tend to order protein style 2x2s when I come here. Animal fries, too. I haven’t had anything to really complain about as a customer of many years. Their ingredients are fresh, and nothing tastes like it was taken out of a tray sitting around for a few hours. The simplicity of In-N-Out makes it easy to decide on what you want, and gives you complexity only if you want it(aka secret menu). The people who work here are friendly and courteous. Someone is always walking around wiping tables and offering to throw away customer trash. I was actually here on New Years Eve, and they were open. I would probably be miserable if I got that shift, but people were still chirpy. So thumbs up for the staff! The only gripe is obviously the wait times. Can’t really change that because it’s just so popular. But it does prevent me from coming here if I need a quick bite. The lines during rush hours makes it a tough wait.

I asked what food options there were at the hotel… Japanese, Indian across the street, Italian, and at the Walmart Center(where the shuttle drops off) there is Chipotle, IN-N-OUT, … – knew I had to get to the Walmart Center to get a double-double and strawberry shake. Forget shopping, once I had my food, I jumped back in the shuttle and sat by the pool to feast. Delicious. And I don’t know about others’ experiences but the service was great & with 20 orders ahead of mine, I still got out pretty quickly and I saw fresh fries being made all the time. Yummy in the tummy!

#39 Did someone say, «Let’s hit In and Out before the nighttime activities?» Yep… It was extremely rainy outside, it was getting late for any kind of «real» dinner, someone suggested In and Out. I was not too terribly hungry, so it really did not matter to me, «okay.» Upon pulling into the crowded parking area, I approach the drive-thru…WTH??? The line was seriously about 24 cars long. No thanks, let’s just go inside, it HAS to be quicker, right? As I approach the doorway I see a line leading to the counter that is not only loooong, but two lines wide. WOW! I have never eaten at In and Out, I am simply not a fan of fast food – but apparently this is THEPLACETOBE if you are into that type of cuisine. Finally, my turn. Anna greets me and was seriously, without a doubt, the MOST cheerful and genuinely sweet person I have ever encountered at such a place. I hope In and Out knows how valuable she is. I explained that I really did not eat meat but I was hungry so I got an order of french fries«animal style» and a water. Not too exciting, but the menu only has 7 items anyway… She gave me a number and I grabbed a little table. As I sat there waiting on my animal fries, I looked all around and the place was really packed full of people. With the terrible weather, the late time, etc. I was really shocked. About a minute or two into waiting, Matthew, another employee, comes over and made small talk, offered peppers and ketchup and asked would I like him to bring my food over when they called my number – I guess it was the broken foot :) Okay, so I am really«wowed» at this point for the superior customer service at In and Out. My animal fries arrived. They were«okay» I am just not a fan of fried food. But Matthew and Anna really made the experience. If I do ever end up eating red meat or fried foods again I would really consider trying In and Out. Now I know why ALL of my out of town visitors beg to come here… excellent place! Stephani Smiles for In and Out ;)
