Gressett Termite Control

We had a *serious* termite problem — they were starting to swarm. The problem was, we had just bought our house and it needs a new foundation, then the market popped. So we are having to wait on the foundation.
When we realized our termite problem was emergency level, we called a lot of termite folks. Every one said, «when you get that new foundation, call us then.»
We were desperate.
Ruben, a friend of our neighbor’s, came and took a look. He said, «I can’t make any promises, but I’ll do what I can.»
Like a hero, he went above and beyond the call of duty, drilling holes all the way around the base of our house and spraying wherever he could get access — and this meant drilling some holes in the floor under cabinets, then plugging them after he sprayed. The spray he used affects only insects and isn’t really toxic to humans, which is also a great relief. (Other non-​toxic alternatives don’t really work, from what I’d read. And we needed something to *work*.)
Did it work? Absolutely! We haven’t had another swarm and this is our second year since treatment, and we’ve seen no sign of them.
When we get the foundation done, you can bet Ruben will be back to make sure our house is safe from pests!
