Jana is awesome! Very efficient, friendly, professional, proactive. She got a mortgagee clause and evidence of insurance prepared and sent to the lender almost immediately after i sent her the info. Excellent customer service.

This is nothing new, as I had required assistance from their office a year or so ago and was treated with the same professional manner.

I was pleasantly surprised on the expedient and courteous service from Roger’s staff member, Jana Kaplan. I needed a copy of the master insurance agreement for my condo HOA, and Jana took care of it right away. I expected this to take a few days if not a week, and when she handled it so quickly, I was blown away.

OUTSTANDING response & customer service! We called & left a frantic message at 9:00 pm on the office’s main #. By 8:45 a.m. the following day, Yvonne @ Roger Duke’s office had emailed us an even lower quote than what our old Farmer’s agent (who was the cause of our panic!) had quoted us. Yvonne’s calm, reassuring tone put us at ease. Her follow-​through has been incredible. We have speed-​dialed their office # on the cell & having lovingly id’ed them «Farmer Roger». With a monicker as such, we know we’re in good hands!!!

I had Mr. Duke for over 10 years as my insurance rep for my car. I noticed my insurance was going up over the years even though I had a excellent driving record. So after much deliberation I decided to cancel my policy for a much better auto insurance plan and deal. Mr. Duke falsified documentation and claimed I cancelled my policy 4 weeks after I actually did so he would’nt have to pay my refund then falsely charged me $ 76 more then I was legally supposed to pay. This man is a crook beware, and I was with him for over a decade.

Nearing the end of a long road to a new home, one of the things the bank needed was proof of insurance. I talked to 3 different companies and at least 2 agents with Farmers.
My decision to stay with Roger’s branch was solely based on the excellent customer service I received from Yvonne. My quote was processed fastest, followed up on immediately and they offered to make contact with the bank on my behalf.
I felt taken care of, and that earned them my business and continued referral. My contacts in real estate and through my contacts in the home improvement industry and those who are shopping where I work for new floors may benefit or be looking for an insurance agent. All will be referred to his office.

I rarely review businesses that aren’t restaurants, but I must for Roger!
I had a bad experience with another Farmer’s Insurance agent & i wanted someone else to answer my questions bcuz that lady pretty much stopped answering my calls as soon as the check cleared. (Sukhbir Singh or his mom!.. yea I’m calling you out!)
So I called somebody corporate or in the district and asked for someone else. they gave me Roger Duke’s number. The lady on the phone said Roger is definitely the guy to help… & help he did!
Roger is wonderful! He is helpful in explaining all the little details in your insurance policy. I don’t like paying for something I don’t understand. So i called Roger & he explained everything to me very informatively. He didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing insurance jargon.
He answers all my emails in a timely manner (very fast actually.). & I email him… quite often! hehe. He also gives me advice for my car & locksmith issues.
Another plus… I haven’t even met the guy! Great customer service & we’ve only communicated via email & phone. I don’t even need to drive up to see him. Everything is taken care of for me. He definitely knows how to run his business.
Not to digress again but. I’ve also had bad experience with State Farm lady who called my family & told them i got a DUI when i hadn’t. I’m sure my uncle still thinks I’m trouble for that…
Anyhow… if you need car insurance. go to Roger. He’s awesome =]
