Our main chef began the career at the first-class Chinese restaurant of Hoi Tin (heaven & sea) [Garden] Restaurant, Pelican Bay, Kowloon, since the age of 19. He was the main chef for the New Hong Kong Restaurant in Oakland, California for 15 years. He has been working at Daimo Chinese Restaurant of San Leandro for over 10 years. We are proud to have chef Lee serving the San Leandro community, making Daimo the ace in the Chinese gourmet restaurant industry in the whole East Bay area.
