I miss the old cvs… this new one was OK. Why tf are there always random ppl coming in asking for money. Than you got some homeless looking ppl pretending to buy shit following me & my mom in the store… seems like they were those store undercover ppl or who knows, but if it was undercover store security yall need to step your game up & not make it so damn obvious.

The WORSTPHARMACY I HAVEEVEREXPERIENCED. They are looking to see if they can have you declared incompetent. Watchout. I have never done a thing but order my prescriptions electronically and politely pick them up and pay. Charged me for three month supplies and would only provide one month. Did this three times. What is wrong with the people in the East Bay ? Three times messed up my drugs, didn’t have them ready asked me to come back and wait and then back hours later after servicing able bodied people first. They had the drug there I over heard someone else getting his prescription of it. Over charged me by hundreds of dollars on one drug. Charged my credit card three times without my consent, while I wasn’t there. Gave my son and I a drug containing something we are allergic to. Listed the wrong doctor as my cardiologist, refused to fix three times.

This is the third CVS Pharmacy within a half a mile. The other two are not as nice as this one. This is the newest one and also the closest one to my home. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have made this the main CVS that i go to. I am inclined to give this place 5 stars however I have to down grade them based on planning. There is no need for three CVS stores to be that close to one an other. Two of them should close down and offer other types of stores for the area. Also the parking spots here are very narrow. Compact cars seem to be the only cars that fit in the spots here. The store itself is 5 stars but he planning of the hire ups was very bad.

We’ve been coming to this store for years before they moved to the new location. The new location is much better looking and during the Holidays we spent a lot of money on their large gift selections. Unfortunately one of the gifts was defective so we returned it to the store in accordance with the return policy time period. The first cashier(African American lady) told us we could not return/exchange without the original credit card and walked away. There is nothing on the receipt that states that. The second cashier(different African American lady) told us the same thing and was extremely rude about it and walked away. I have never heard of a chain store refusing to exchange with a receipt. Luckily the 3rd cashier(Caucasian lady) felt bad that the other two cashiers were so mean to us she let us exchange our defective return for other merchandise which«was» allowed within their return policy. She was very apologetic about their behavior and for their refusal to help us and walking away from us abruptly. I seriously think the first two cashiers were racist and refused to help us because we did not look like them. We are Hispanic by the way. We’ve never been treated with such disrespect and I hope management disciplines them for refusing to help customers and being racist/prejudice against people that don’t look like them.

OMG, the best CVS I’ve ever been to! The large one at the corner of Davis/Callan and E 14th Street has closed, and the other smaller one next to Safeway will be closing as well. They can’t compare to this one. It’s laid out very neatly, and the highest shelves are at eye level to me(I’m 5’3″), which is great. At the old store I would sometimes have to find a tall person to get something that had been pushed to the back of the top shelf. The pharmacy is set up much better, as well. The drive through window for the pharmacy is so convenient, as well.

This CVS is in a league of its own. While it seems a bit questionable that we now have three CVS stores within a matter of blocks, this store definitely has a leg up on its competition. Large, bright, and well stocked with a greater range of goods, this is my new go-to to have RXs filled, or pick up last minute necessities. The store and pharmacy staff are competent, quick and kind. Pro tip: Take advantage of their pharmacy drive through for RX drop-off and pickup. Extra handy!
