Custom Vehicle Wraps

I’m an assistant and needed to get my client’s Escalade wrapped. I got several quotes, and even though CVW wasn’t the cheapest, they DEFINITELY had the best customer service (which is why I ended up using them). They installed a wrap that my client bought online (not through CVW) and they did an amazing job! My client was very pleased with the results.
Specifically Tania was THE BEST to work with. I was dealing with a limited amount of time that the job needed to be completed in and she went out of her way to make it happen, even meeting me after hours in order to accommodate my needs. Other shops were very slow getting back to me… one even said that I would have to remove the door handles before bringing the vehicle in (what??). I decided to leave it to the professionals and am so glad I did.

Great team at custom vehicle wraps! We needed our food truck «Spork & stix» wrapped and their team exceeded our expactations. We had both the design and install of the wrap done here. In a rather short amount of time custom vehicle wraps got us the design we were happy with and they did not waste any time getting everything done. Thank you again CVW!!!

Although they didn’t actually do any work for me, I wrote them on their website using the quote tool and was surprised to hear back within 5 minutes. They were very professional and genuine in essentially turning me down but offering other local companies that might be able to help me. What I was looking for was such a small piece of my car that it wasn’t something they could fit into their busy schedule. I don’t really blame them and I will say it could have gone completely different but since I’m writing this review nearly 10 minutes after I found their website, I’m not even upset.
It doesn’t hurt to just ask, and I’m glad I did. I’ll be sure to go to them again if I ever need more major work done and let others know if their looking for full auto wraps.

What a fabulous company and group of people! Our company needed an airstream trailer wrapped — and quickly. The team were helpful, pleasant, and true craftsmen.
They also helped with the design and creative aspects which was much appreciated as we were working across multiples countries to get this project done!

They took my concerns seriously and fixed my problems. I am much happier now. The car looks great and I can see out of my window again. I am glad they stand behind their work. Like I said before, they are super nice guys. The trick is synching schedules. But they do nice work!

Custom Vehicle Wraps did a phenomenal job with my van. I looked high and low for a professional and reputable company to add a logo to my van and came across Custom Vehicle Wraps on-​line. Did a little research to see what they were about and was pleasantly surprised to hear great things about the company. I had already created a design, sent it over to CVW, they printed it out the same day, walked me through the process, gave me an opportunity to see what the design looked like before adding it to the van, the colors came out amazing!!! That was a major concern of mine and to my surprise they didn’t disappoint, it looked exactly like what the designer created before it went to print. After adding the logo and the lettering I finally feel like my company is ready to be represented with style and class thanks to CVW. If you’re looking to add a wrap or a logo-​design to your mobile billboard (vehicle) CVW is definitely the place to go. 5 stars in my book for sure, I highly recommend you give CVW a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Beware of the two guys pretending to be nice guys. Totally bate and switch. They quoted me a price, I left my car with them after they approved the design (for which of course I paid a designer). They knew and agreed to the deadline — we had a big show coming and needed the car to drive around a convention center. The night before doing the job, after I left my car of course, they called to tell me this design won’t work because there’s a line going around the bottom edges of the car and they cannot align anything around the wheels. I asked to ask my designer what to do and early morning already sent them a new design. At that point, they said it’s too late for them to deliver on time. I was willing to add a day (deliver end of Monday instead of Friday) but they said the only way this would work is if I gave them permission to hand the job to someone else, who happened to be $ 500 more expensive. Now listen to this — the day I left the car, I told them that this guy gave me a much lower quote, and they said he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Now, they suddenly said he’s great and I should do the job «with him», he just happened to change $ 500 more than them (and $ 1500 more than his quote yesterday). I said I’m not going to do it. they asked me to come pick the car. I said meet me at the bart station, they would not. Then they said «we’ll drive the car to your home». Of course coming from Emerville (12 miles) took them 2 hours and more like 70 miles. I even saw on the GPS that they punched in another address. If you care about your car and money, stay away!

These guys drove my car without my permission. They put about 50 miles on it, if you drop the car off, note the mileage and get their signature on it.

Well, what can I say. These two guys at Custom Vehicle Wraps helped make my dreams come true! The minute we met Kwasi and Shandor, we new they were the right fit for us. There personalities alone, made us feel so comfortable, as if we were family. I think they were just as excited about this project as I was! Very easy to work with. Then to top it all off, they hooked us up with Brian DiMarino, who took our concept and turned it into a graphic design for our truck. I would never hesitate to use these guys again for future projects nor to recommend there services. If you are looking for personable and professional treatment, and looking for quality work, these guys are your best bet. I LOVE my new Food truck! Thank you to the group at Custom Vehicle Wraps!

We first met Kwasi back in mid 2011 when we were shopping around to find a company to wrap our new sandwich truck, at the time we were in a very tight time crunch to get our wrap done for a big debut event and Kwasi and his crew pulled a few late night to get it done in time. And after it was done I ran into a problem and I had to cut a portion of the body off to do a slight modification and after it the work was done only days before the debut. I immediately called Kwasi up to get that part on the truck re-​wrapped and they pulled a rabbit out of their hat and got it done before the debut of our new truck. I cannot recommend a better place or crew for you to get your vehicle wrap done.

These guys know what their doing, and they are VERY helpful. I had my gargantuan food truck wrapped and it looks AWESOME! Couldn’t have asked for a better job. I provided them with the graphic placed over a trace of the truck and every piece of the graphic ended up exactly where it should have been.
