Catalina Lopez’s name within the mortgage industry has become synonymous with dedication to clients and business partners. She has an altruistic approach to the lending business: by taking the time to get to know clients’ personal interests and long term financial goals, she ensures that all parties involved are highly satisfied with the financial advice and services they receive. She is a proven leader in all areas of primary, second home, and investment purchase lending as well as refinances.

Even during the recent challenging economic conditions, Catalina’s career has not only grown, but she has also further engraved a presence in the mortgage community as a trusted advisor.

Catalina has been originating mortgage loans since 1999, and is currently the manager of the San Leandro iServe Residential Lending branch, as well as a senior loan originator. She is fluent in Spanish.
