Carlene is a LIFE SAVER. I was in a pickle to get shirts embroidered for work and Carlene worked over the weekend to ensure my order was complete. She is delightful to work with and her work is amazing. I will use her anytime I need shirts for work moving forward. I cannot express my gratitude enough for her kindness and quality of work.

Recently bought shirts from here and not happy with the service or how the shirts looked. I am really disappointed. It is way too much for the products we received. I was trying to support a local business but I guess I will do online shirts which are cheaper!

I was really disappointed recently in the customer service I received from Carlene’s. I had a great experience a few years ago when I started my business and needed a few shirts. I wore those shirts out and needed new ones with a new logo. It took an unusually long time to get a return email from them. I finally called and Carlene said she had emailed me but I had nothing in my spam folder so I’m not sure about that. Then I ordered over a dozen polo shirts with new logo. When they came they were men sizes and I have all women in my business. Even the Medium Men’s shirts were too big. Carlene said I told her to change it to Men’s shirts but I think she got confused when we discussed t-​shirts for a future purchase. Anyway, she said she would make it right and print the women’s polo’s I had requested but I still have not heard from her and that was a month or more ago. I think if you are a bigger company or have a large order they make more of an effort. I have over $ 400 in shirts that I cannot wear. Guess I have to write off the loss and give them to Good Will. Need to find another vendor now which is disappointing.

We’ve been buying our work shirts from Carlene’s for years. Always helpful and personable, Carlene and her staff keeps us looking sharp. Don’t let the small appearance fool you. They do a lot of work there.

I came in to get a sweatshirt embroidered and the lady’s who run this place are so nice! They took time to create a computer rendering of different fonts for me. I will definitely go back and recommend to all. The best!

I have worked with Carlene for the past two years and have designed over ten shirts and/​or sweatshirts for work. They are so reliable and easy to work with. Typically I work directly with Carlene or Bob (for graphics) and they are both a pleasure. They have a lot of products in store to check out the style and feel. They also had a wide variety of products to order from if you have something else in mind. I have had simple orders where I chose one style basic Gildan t-​shirt, to more complicated orders of 20 t-​shirts with different styles (unisex, womens, childrens, v neck or crew beck etc) and every time they get it 100% right. Not only do they get things done correctly, they have a quick turnaround time. I really cannot say enough great things about them. I started using them for work related products, but now they are my go to people for all my personal stuff too. I am now using them for embroidering for my bridal party gifts. :) Thanks, Carlene & company!

I’ve designed two t shirts with Carlene (and Bob) so far. They are both awesome! Bob helped work out details in the artwork and was excellent and patient. He made sure each detail was perfect! I’m going back for my next t-​shirt idea!

ACMC Volunteering requires us free laborers to get our scrubs embroidery’d with the logo.
The ladies there were extremely friendly AND quick. I was told by my supervisor that I would have to leave and pick it up a few days later.
But if you go there in the morning at like 10AM where people are still sleeping then you can be out in 10 minutes!
They’re an awesome small local business.
Won’t probably come back cause I never need things embroidery’d, but if I ever do, this would be the spot.

I have a shop next to Carlene’s and I can say that they are very busy indeed! I have seen some of there work and it is wonderful. I recommend them highly. Carlene and everyone there puts the customer first, even when your just visiting, they treat you with the same warmness and love. thumbs up!!!

Wonderful place. My daughter’s sports teams always used it for team shirts and supplies. I have had my name embroidered on lab coats. They are fast, friendly and efficient.

This place is awesome!!! They are located in an obscure place but this little shop is busy as heck! But I was greeted by a busy but genuinely nice woman who took my jacket that I wanted embroidered with my name on it and finished it in less than 5 min… now that’s amazing! And it came out just the way I wanted. In addition, she took down my order that I wanted even though she was in a rush to get to an appt. which means she always puts customers first. I will definitely go back to order my workwear and have them embroidered. =)
