Awesome place! I took my car here after it was damaged in a hit and run. I was so stressed about the situation but Essa and the staff made it go smoothly. Essa spoke with me and gave me updates every step of the way. She truly is an amazing staff member for this location. My car looks brand new again & it was done in a quick time frame. Thank you guys for everything!

The people at BMC are wonderful! Our brand new Chevy Z71 truck was hit by a drunk driver while parked. They hit the back driver’s side tire and did extensive damage to the internal rear end. There was body damage to the fender as well as the front bumper. It took awhile to get it repaired but it was because of their meticulous efforts to have the work done right and up to specifications. I highly recommend this body shop for your auto repairs, if you are ever in need of an auto shop! Two thumbs up!

I had an excellent experience here! My car was hit in a parking lot and I needed to get the bumper repaired. I came in and met with Essa Man and everything went smoothly. I had a few questions about steps to take and she had answers for everything. She kept me completely updated via email about insurance payments and the progress of the repairs; I never had to call her because she always contacted me first. My car was repaired on time and it looks like new. Essa was friendly, informative, patient and professional. I’m so impressed with the excellent customer service I received. It made a stressful situation very manageable and if I needed repairs again I wouldn’t hesitate to go to BMC of San Leandro.

BMC did a great job getting our vehicle fixed. The front end of our ’11 Chevy Malibu was smashed in and they fix her and made her look like new again. QC Roque Moya made sure we were fully satisfied and we were. This is our first time going to this collision repair shop and the positive reviews are accurate. Bottom line, If you need a professional job done with stellar service this is the place!

Update: Work completed and am completely satisfied! Clay kept us posted daily on the progress of the work in the most friendly and courteous manner. If we weren’t moving across country we would use BMC for all our vehicle’s needs.

We haven’t had the work completed yet, but have to say the customer service has been excellent. Clay has been extremely helpful and patient with us while we deal with our insurance company. It’s a relief to have a company that seems to really care about their customers! So far so good.

I would give this a place 0 stars but you have to give one so I did. Don’t use this place for collision work the office staff is very rude clay is a jack ass.

So I recently got into a car accident. My accident was so bad that my axle broke and my suspension got messed up. So I thought I would go on Unilocal and see my local body shops. And then I came across BMC. It had really great reviews and I thought why not I could take my 2013 Ford GT Mustang here. So I took it there and they were super nice. They paid attention to my car they made it there priority to the customers satisfaction. I recommend everyone to go to BMC they fixed my car in one week it was ready for pick up. When I saw what it was like brand-​new I felt like I fell in love for the second time. I recommend anybody to go to BMC they honestly exceeded my expectations. If you go to BMC make sure you talk to Luis and roque. They made everything simple. Thank you BMC you guys did amazing.

Top Notch Service and Repair!
My wife’s driver side mirror was bent but still operational (backing into our car port, let me not go there) It was finally time to repair it (new position of mirror gave annoying whistle when driving on the highway).
After going to 2 other places and receiving outrages bloated quotes we landed at BMC doorstep. We were met with professional service and a reasonable quote. They began the conversation with how they can save us money on the repair. The way the mirror was bent, it did some door damage and needed a possible door replacement *gasp*. They told us they can perform a technique that’ll save the door, Nice!
The following Monday morning my wife took her car in and 2 hours later the mirror was repaired and no more whistling!
I won’t hesitate to comeback if needed.

I love this place! I’m very picky about my car and how the work is done and I wouldn’t choose any other place. I was recently involved in a fender bender and I was looking for a spot that would make my car look good as new again. This place did exactly that. Great customer service and the owner would always call and update me how my car was doing. If you are in the area this is the place I would have to recommend. Thank you very much BMC San Leandro!

The owner of this place really took care of my vehicle after it was t-​boned. Roque even dealt with the insurance appraiser after she under appraised my vehicles damage. I was able to get my car repaired sooner than promised too which was a huge plus since I didn’t have car rental covered by my auto insurance. My car looks as good as new and the repairs have a lifetime warranty! All in all, I’d come back here for any future repairs, but hopefully I won’t have to. ;)

First off, I apologize to the honest hard working people of BMC for not writing this earlier. I own a business myself and I know what it takes to thrive, it takes good work ethics, honesty and to deliver the goods. BMC delivers. I will always take all of my vehicles for repairs here. My dodge ram got into a little doozie with a tractor. Roque, the owner took a look at my truck and completely explained what needed to be done to get everything fixed properly, this explaining made me comfortable, it was easy leaving my baby there. Once the insurance company did their figuring for repairs and opted for parts that weren’t right, BMC didn’t settle for less and explained to me that they would notify the insurance company that things needed to be adjusted to make the truck as it was. They dealt with the insurance for me. The truck came back better than it was in the first place. I still have the smile on my face. Thank you BMC

I rear-​ended another car and damaged my front bumper and was looking for a place that would work with Geico and do a great job. Our Honda dealer recommended we take it to BMC of San Leandro. I’m so glad I did! They worked wonderfully with Enterprise to get me to a rental car and that was all I needed! My car is a particular orange color and the paint job is perfect. They even mounted my license plate upon request, and were happy to do it!!! They were absolutely wonderful!!!
I don’t know how well priced they are as I had to just pay my deductible and the refs was covered. I DO know that I am pleased with the outcome.

Roque did an excellent job! Customer service and communication throughout the repair was awesome and he handled all of my requests for aftermarket parts and customizations to be made really well. Thank You BMC! You guys are AWESOME!

I went to BMC last year in January. They fixed my lift gate and my power window motor at a reasonable price. Plus, the customer service is top notch. In fact, I am writing this review because my window got stuck just last week. So, I brought it back to BMC. Roque and his team fixed it very quickly, like in an hour or less. Then, he didn’t ask me to pay for the repair!
They take care of their customers.

I first went to Little Red’s due to their reviews, which is around the block. I will be writing a review on them! I went in early in the morning and lady was not welcoming and wanted me to replace my whole side fender. And just gave me a notebook page to fill out with my information. I wasn’t going through my insurance due to my deductible being high. I just needed my passenger door to open, I bumped into a post in my carport. I Unilocaled other auto detailing places and found BMC with great reviews. I walked in and was automatically greated with a smile by Alfredo. Awesome guy. He was very friendly and said that it might be half hour until the guys arrive to be able to do my estimate. I waited only 15 minutes and a friendly man arrived for the estimate. They were able to fix my door and fix scratches on it too without replacing entire fender. I spoke to another customer that was there and said they always go to BMC no where else to fix their car. The customer said his car was almost totalled and they were able to fix it. I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Great experience.

I only wish I found this place earlier!
Roque saved me over a THOUSAND dollars! I had a really bad dent on my trunk lid and all the other body shops charged me over a thousand dollars. Roque told me I could pick up the part at a salvage yard for $ 450 and put it on for FREE. Who does work for FREE? Apparently these guys do. He did a great job and I am definitely recommending him to others. Thanks Roque!

Harry and staff are wonderful!
Called around to get our GMC Yukon headlight replaced because it was out. Thought it was a simple fix, but came to realize we had to take off the entire front bumber. So instead of us trying to mess around, we called a few shops. Each place told us that it was going to be $ 350 + to have it installed, AND this is with us already purchasing the bulb which was only $ 20.
Went to BMC because I work around the area, and Harry gave us a quote we couldn’t refuse. Harry and the staff took great care of us and had our car done within 20 minutes!
Definitely great service and great people. All the other 5 star reviews are true to their word. :-)

Let me preface this by saying that any car-​related expenses are a drag. Whether it’s maintenance or accidents, it’s time consuming and absolutely no fun. My 2005 Acura was swiped at the Bart station and the other party requested an estimate so they could pay for the damage. I researched Unilocal and discovered BMC received some glowing reviews, albeit a small number and they were conveniently located. I figured I was just getting an estimate, wouldn’t hurt to check them out.
When I arrived, Harry greeted me and typed up a reasonable estimate within 15 – 20 minutes, said it would be a 2-​day job, and I was on my way. The shop as well as the office was very clean and well-​kept. I decided to sign on with BMC for the body repair since Harry was very straight-​forward and no-​nonsense.
I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning. I explained to Harry that my driver-​side door lock was broken and will no longer lock when I use my remote. He offered to take the door panel off and take a look. He said he couldn’t make any promises, but maybe it’s something they can fix. On Wednesday, Harry called to tell me that they found the problem with the door and that the replacement part would cost $ 27.00. I authorized him to do this additional repair and by early Thursday afternoon, Harry called to say my car was ready to pick up at 5:30PM that day. Ready in two days, as promised.
The best part about my experience with BMC is that Harry took the extra step to look into a repair that impacts me on a daily basis. I have had several autobody shop experiences and none of them compares. BMC’s level of customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend them. My car looks great and my door lock is fully functioning again.

Whatever autobody needs you have, please don’t hesitate to come see Roque and Harry. Both were extremeley professional, knowledgeable, and provided very reasonable rates for the work done. I am very picky about anything regarding my autombile, and both of them made me feel very comfortable in leaving my car with them for repairs. They are both very understanding and made the process much less worrisome (definitely much needed after any sort of auto accident).
I seldom give five stars, but the quality of work is unparalleled. I came to have my bumper repaired after a small rear-​end collision. The paint match was perfect, and they were able to get the car back to me within a week (working on my deadline). I will definitely be coming back to see them for any future mishaps.
