All Ways Towing

Car stopped on freeway in traffic. Called AAA. They sent Juan from All Ways towing. I wanted a tow to Walmart close by. Juan suggested I have it towed home and call AAA for battery service. The cost was very competitive if not cheaper than local outlets, it was done in my driveway, came with a 6 year warranty and was completed in less than 30 minutes. Spectacular over the top service… especially when you figure I am a senior citizen with mobility issues. Thank you guys for all the help… you have a fan!

I called to get a quote and the guy was super rude to me. He was cutting me off while I was talking and had an attitude. Since I wasn’t going to be at my car during the towing, they couldn’t tow my car. I was quoted $ 95 for a local tow.

Called up AAA as i noticed my car took a longer to start… I’ve had it jumped twice prior and was advised that it was probably time to change even though its only been 3.5 years… i guess they don’t last as long as they used to!
Review for Jamar who was professional, efficient, friendly and got the job done quickly… only down time for a Saturday morning was 30 minutes which allowed me to continue with errands after without having to worry. Fortunately, battery was pro-​rated so i received some credit but what i like is having it done while at home which is super convenient!

Went to all ways after failing a smog which burped out a lot of water that the other techs did not replace in which my 34ft rv began overheating. The owner Ron made room for us and took us in asap. He answered a plethora of questions I had and ended up helping with other issues that dealt with the electrical, and then I had an oil change. The price was very generouse as most ppl will not touch an rv for less the $ 150 an hour. I left feeling as though I was treated as family and that Ron cared about the situation me and my family were in. I would recomend this shop in a heart beat. Thank you Ron.

I was in a accident. Called AAA road side and they sent All ways tow. They refused to tow my vehicle. Because it came from the factory a lip kit and all I did was change the color of the car and some after market wheels on the vehicle. Dude was like 300lbs and he seem like he was not able to get down on his knees. Told me I need a special truck, which I didn’t. Driver came with a flat bed. (I used to be a tow operator for 4 years) his job was doable. They still refused and try to up sell me to go commercial with a «special flat bed» for $ 500. You’re kidding me right???
Now they left me in the rain with my car disable.
Beware of this company!

I called AAA for battery service on my truck this morning. All-​ways came out with quick response time. The technician tested my battery, alternator and starter and confirmed my battery was dead and was also a size too small for my V8. The tech had the correct battery in stock at a great price with my AAA membership. He installed the battery and took the old one away quickly. The response time, professionalism and workmanship was all A+. I don’t know why I have waited eleven years to use AAA battery service. I definitely had a great experience with all-​ways. Not having to leave my house with two kids, install a battery in the rain and return to the store to get the core charge back on this stormy day was priceless.

I had a great experience with All Ways Towing! My car engine was over heating and I needed a tow back home and they were there in a snap.
Having AAA really comes in handy especially their roadside services, which includes a lot. Being in the San Leandro area, All Ways Towing is the AAA go to towing company and I’ve had a great experience with them tonight. I was about 10 minutes out and the driver had arrived early. It was a pleasant shock because I’ve never had AAA show up before the estimated time of arrival nor have they waited around.
The driver waited and his company also gave me a curtesy call just to make sure that I’m on my way and the driver didn’t leave. When I arrived, he was absolutely polite and not at all rude or disrespectful, even though I was late.
He had all the supplies on hand, was able to get my car up and towed quickly. Over the phone, I had accidentally said my car was rear wheel drive, when it really was front. Good thing he knew what he was doing and what kind of car I had because then I would have a fucked up transmission if not for him!
He was quick and able to reach my location the same time I was and we went two different ways. It was a great experience, thanks AAA. He offered to help me with anything else and was super helpful.

AAA sent a truck from All Ways to take my car to my mechanics. They did not leave my car at the mechanics like I asked but took it back to their lot.
I had to call AAA again and use a second tow and All Ways charged me a $ 65 storage for… there was no storage they just failed to leave my car at the mechanics.
2 tows (they get paid by AAA twice) and a storage fee for no reason other then they are jerks. What about human decency? Not with these guys.
