I have been doing business with this shop for over 15 years, with complete satisfaction every time. Jack, the owner, is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the processes dealing with Insurance. I have had small jobs (dents and scratches) to large jobs (complete paint for two cars), with excellent results. I have recommended many of my friends to this shop, and they too have been completely satisfied. I highly recommend Advanced Tech Collision!

Friendly. Understanding. Knowledgeable. And much more. I was involved in a collision. Had my car towed here. The gentleman in charged was Jack. Took care of me. Offered me coffee. Did all the paper work. Even paid my tow guy. Highly recommended!

I had to help my dad to get his repairs done on his truck. Dealing with insurance is a pain in the a**, if you know what I mean. But Jack Cao (owner) made it very easy. The flow of the process from my dad’s insurance was taken care of right away. The estimate from the insurance company was much lower then what was repaired, but Jack and the team handled with his insurance to get the supplemental cost to be taken care of. My dad even gave a lot of praises to the shop. It was so clean and he felt that he can trust the shop with his car. Jack and the team also gave me updates of what additional repairs needed to be done and also told me when my dad can pick up his vehicle.
After getting the car back, it was in better shape then it ever was. My dad is a happy camper. He is ready to tell my uncles and cousin about the shop. Looks like Jack will be busier then ever.
I am not sure if I should even write a GREAT review because that just mean there will be more customers which will cause it to be a longer wait. lol. J/​K. Although, I would not want my dad to have any other incidents happening to his car. But at least I know where to take his car to if that happens again.

Jack, the owner, was very friendly. He took great care of my car. He wasn’t just fixing the major damages on the car, he fixed most of the minor damages around the area as well. For example, my car wasn’t drivable due to broken axel. I had it tows to his body shop. A week later, I received my car back and guess what. Minor scratches that the car had before was gone such as a broken rear view mirror was replaced by a new one, minor scratches on the door was repainted, tires were shiny like a brand new brand set, plus bonus was a car wash. My car looked like a brand new car when I drove it out of the shop. I would recommend everyone to go to Jack.

My TSX was wrecked from a sleepy driver… The first thing I did that morning was contact Jack at Advanced Tech. He handled everything immediately and took my car in that very day. Towing was provided! He estimated everything and all paper work was signed in less than 30 minutes! I got my car back within 2 weeks and it was beautiful. He also fully detailed my car! Jack is amazing and so is his staff! If you ever need body work, paint or any auto body work I highly recommend going to advanced auto!

I hardly write reviews but this one was necessary. The service I received from the team was amazing as they clearly walked me through the entire process and frequently updated me on the status of my car. Also, the quality work that they did to my car was impressive and I think my car came out of the shop looking newer than before. I really appreciate the attention to detail that they put on their work. I definitely recommend this place!

Best Customer Service
If you drive a lot, you’re going to get in an accident. I drive a lot, so I’ve been in lots of accidents and body shops. This was the first time I felt like an auto body shop was trying to help me instead of just trying to get paid. I brought in my car with a rear end fender bender. Jack, the owner, looked it over, took pictures, then went and ordered parts. A week later, when the parts came in, we scheduled the repair. I’m glad he doesn’t schedule until everything is ready. I dropped off the car, and the next day, yes, the «next day», he was done. I’ve never had a job take less than 2 days because they always need an extra day for painting. Jack knows how to schedule the work so that it helps you save time. I’m sure he also does this because these guys really don’t want to keep your car too long, sitting in their lot, taking up space.
In the Bay Area, you need a car, so you want as little time in the shop as possible. Jack has a large shop that has everything needed make repairs. That’s good for you because he’s not waiting on someone else.
Some advice: Go see him before anyone else, including the insurance estimator. He will inspect your car, schedule the insurance inspection to be done at his shop, then order parts. That will save you time and paperwork because there’s less going back and forth for problems that can be seen from an initial inspection. Some shops don’t do any of that until you’ve let go of your car to them.

This shop gets 5 stars, just because of the excellent customer service and work they did on my 2014 Honda Civic coupe that was hit. They did an excellent job you can’t even tell that my car had been in an accident at all. Jack was really helpful and so nice, he ll work with you. Very honest place, I would definitely come back there if I need any repairs on my car again !! Thx again jack !!

Good body shop great service

Nice clean detailed shop, repaired my car to oem standards. Took a little longer than original estimated time to repair but I would rather they do it right than rush through it. Will definitely be back if I need any additional work done.

Advanced Tech always takes good care of my Acura TL, they do great auto body work they will work with your insurance and Jack has great relationships with insurance adjusters which makes things easy. Awesome body work and great paint job like it was new! Thank you Jack!

Leaving this business with a five star review is an understatement, as it still does not reflect how valued I felt as a customer. This place has superb service, as Jack ensured that my expectations would be exceeded. This business’s reputation, honesty, and flawless service will continue to keep me a life long customer. *Added Bonus*- upon picking up my car, I was stunned to find that I got a complimentary car detail.

As a female I’m always skeptical taking my car to shops, but not here Jack is honest and straightforward. He gave me good recommendations and did not suggest any unnecessary «issues» that needed to be fixed, as most mechanic does! Prices are extremely fair, quick and excellent service. My car was fixed and ready for pick up the very same day! Highly recommend this place!

Very happy with repairs and my vehicle was delivered with a complimentary detail. Also, was very convenient for me as shop was open on Saturday. I did not have to miss work or alter my own schedule to pick up my vehicle.

I’m only giving this place one star cause you can’t give it zero stars. The owner jack is HORRIBLE. once he gets the money he will take forever to fix the car. It’s been two months going on three months to fix something in my car that will only take an hour to do. He tried to say it’s no big deal to fix it that I’ll be fine if I don’t get it fix. First off its MY car. I need it fixed. Don’t even go here.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I brought my 2007 Chrysler 300 SRT-​8 in after someone crashed into me and wrecked my front end pretty badly. I received a completion date and was fine with that. JACK, literally took 1 month past the target date during which time he postponed it 4 times, the COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE. I didn’t mind the first time he had to postpone but the several times thereafter I missed a great job opportunity because I did not have a vehicle. I even had to bring it back after they failed to install my splash guard and connect my air conditioning, I highly recommend for everyone looking to get auto body work done to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if your time really means something to you, considering Jack thought mine meant nothing to me.

Jack is the best. He will have your car looking brand new again. He will take his time call the insurance company. If you want quality service a nd a brand new looking car this is the place to go. Honest

Writing this for my husband, he had to get his whole bumper replaced when a tractor hit his car at work. It came out looking better than it did prior to the accident. This place has such good service, Jack (the owner) is so friendly and accomodating. Our whole family goes here because he takes care of his customers. It’s also very, very, very neat here, which is just an added bonus!
