History

Established in 2013.

The founder of Whistling Adobe, Julia Hunter, is a licensed real estate agent, which is why real estate agent marketing was our beginning. Whistling Adobe was started in 2013, when Julia also opened the doors of her charity, The Middletown (themid​dle​town​.com), serving the needs of teens struggling with their parents’ separation.

Manager

Mindi Ferronniere is the firm’s Project Manager. She’s head of client relations and business growth. Her stellar background as Director of Licensing at Sanrio and Brand Producer at Mattel, Inc. coupled with her bubbly, yet get-​it-​done-​right-​the-​first-​time personality is one of Whistling Adobe’s largest assets.
